So, I have to update this comment because I listened to the Deluxe version of the album, and I don't want to compare to Night Visions or anything, because S+M is perfect on it's own way, the production, lyrics, the instruments that are from all around the world, it's just unique.
There's like 4 or 5 other songs on the deluxe album too
I loved Night Visions probably just as much as you do, but you can't say that the two can't be compared at all. Smoke + Mirrors hasn't even been released yet. Just be patient and we'll let the /whole/ album do the talking, eh? ;)

Drew Spencer The album with warriors and who we are (and monster and battle cry) is the super deluxe edition BUT the regular deluxe edition does have warriors on it, with 4 other songs.

Funny cause I read your comment before I listened to the track, and I love what they did on their EPs so I expected to hear something like that, but I actually don't think that it sounds like the ID from those days.
Shots is a song that reminds me of some of the less "rock-sounding" tracks of Night Visions, like On Top of the World, Underdog or It's Time, but with something definitely new. Man, the verses are so good!
I can hear the evolution, just like in every new song we've heard so far. And I love it all!

I love this lyrics
I love Night Visions and Smoke + Mirrors, they both have different vibes but they're both so relatable and both draw you in from the first chord. There's no other word to describe them but perfect.

This is album is sounding great, so far. They seem to be going with a diverse and unique route while still sticking to what makes them, them. Which is basically just doing different stuff and trying new things.
If you don't like at least two of the tracks then you don't know what Imagine Dragons stand for. Can't wait for Smoke+Mirrors and I can't wait to see them live!
What I love about Imagine Dragons is that they don´t sing about drugs,sex and alcohol. I can relate to the lyrics in their songs, and that makes the music so much better. Their songs always inspire me, and leave me with good feelings. In October this year they are coming to Sweden and I can´t wait!

This albums hits you in the feels. I think its so good because it isn't like those stereotypical Katy Perry or Taylor Swift songs... These are just legit... This band will never get old, never burn out. They are sky high and going higher and I love them
After so many years I'm finally going to Imagine Dragons concert this summer. Can't wait. Listening to this specific song makes me so emotional in a certain way right now, after getting divorced with my only love, thinking everything my life was worth living for is ruined and gone. My original vibe from the song name was the typical "getting drunk to forget" theme. But once again, Imagine Dragons has stunned me with originality and absolutely beautiful and catchy music. I am sure the rest of the album will be absolutely fantastic, just like the first three songs that have been released. Although IBML and Gold are fantastic, Shots is my favorite Imagine Dragons song by far now, surpassing even the Hell and Silence EP.
This song could definitely be Johnny Lawrence's theme song in Cobra Kai. It reminds me so much of his character. It even has an eighties type beat, a reference to his old-fashioned personality.

Bands like this are the ones that will never be forgotten, From Radioactive to Gold they will never run out of content. Imagine Dragons does not sing about drugs and nudity, which I'm am very happy about and that and I will cherish this amazing band and all it's great qualities forever.
I seriously can't get enough of this song. I don't know what it is but this is my favorite song by them so far...
A lot of their songs aren't that good at first, then you listen to them more and they grow on you and they turn out to be amazing songs.
