1) Rubber cap is detachable, so remove it and cut it with sissor. 2) It won't heat that much and won't affect the reflector even 1%. 3) I’m using these kind of LED’s and XENON Bulb’s since 7-8 years... mostly such bulbs last minimum 1-2 years... on an average it usually lasts 2years for me :)

Good walkthrough, u deserve a subscription and it's done!. I have few doubts on legal issues, will led projector lights and after market silencer will cause any legal issues? I stay in hyderabad. And any suggestion to buy a complete mechanic kit for r15 disassemble.
Usually no one has objection with the LED and silencer... These LED and silencers are usually made according to norms :) Chances of you facing a legal issue is 1 in thousands..
The best mechanical kit out there is "Daytona kit" which will cost you hell lot of money... Small-small upgradation like "NGK iridium sparkplug" will work perfect... :)
LED bulb is available online :) You won't get the connector online... take screenshot of the connector, show it to any local auto spare part shop keeper.. he will help you out :)

U can replace the projectors of RS200 with white light projectors... but you cannot install LED bulbs as you don't have any reflector in ur headlight :)
