This is an interesting dynamic. I just started following the channel today! My thoughts are, if the company is all about helping people create their own income outside of a job, how do you retain talent that wants to do just that?
Obviously everyone doesn't have a desire to do so, but with a startup I'm assuming you have a lot of enterprising employees. Just a thought.

Hey John, are you looking to do anything with CSR in the field of sustainability and food security? Creation of food sheds (not an actual shed lol), community gardens, product creation and others? I would love to be an outsourced agent if you are. This could be framed in terms of outreach, as I'm in the Caribbean, a region that is relatively food and nutrition insecure. Not that there's no food here, but rather we're over-reliant on food imports and creating products from locally grown produce is a great way to tackle the problem. Cheers!
