So..Jensen is one those people who tends to shut themselves up and went into permanent silent if something drastic and traumatic happens to him. I think that is much, much more dangerous than what Jared's been experiencing (Jared is the kind of people who tends to show his depression, which I think easier to be handled with cuz he would talk about it, while Jensen won't OR it's very, very hard for him to do so hence making it quite hard for people to help him). Luckily Jensen got Jared (and friends) who won't let him be inside himself and leave him alone to "drown" in his problems or whatever.
That's not what he's saying and not what he meant. He simply 'tunes out' for a moment or two and is probably clearing his mind of all the noise that had gone on that day. Nothing wrong in that - just giving himself a mental break!
So that was me up there with the guys, and can I just say, they were SO NICE. I was super nervous and they totally made me feel comfortable hanging out up there. Told Jensen "Congratulations!" because I know our SPN Family is so happy for him. Such great guys, I wish them all the best!

This is an aspect I find irritating, it's one thing to share experiences to show that anyone at anytime can suffer bouts like this. But to 'lean' on these guys because they are having issues that they believe the boys can allay is too much. That's why there are professionals in this field for this purpose. These guys are actors, nothing more.

I have actually heard this about men and Jensen just comfirmed it. Its where during some parts of the day, a man's mind will blank out. When you look at him you will think that he is deep in thought. But he is essentially just ''recharging his batteries'', a form of meditation that they don't even know that they are doing. It keeps them mentally young and healthy. From Jared's reaction it seems he doesn't have that mental mechanism because he is always thinking. So it mental illness sufferers don't have this feature in their heads. I find the subject really fascinating and it almost never gets spoken about. I am very envious of men for that.
