Hi Shamsa I just wanted to take time out to share my thoughts on your recipes. I normally don't leave comments unless I feel it's deserved. I stumbled across your channel months ago and never really thought much of it BUT I always wanteded to try and make a chicken pie so when your recipe popped up "I thought here we go another 1 with complicated ingredient list/steps etc" but I was wrong as your ingredients were everything I already had at home. So I decided to try your recipe simply because it was so simple and you made it super easy to follow. Let me tell you it was the best chicken pie recipe I tasted and I was hooked. I made it several times and so many compliments. This week I've been off from work with the kids so I tried your following recipes: Saag and ghost Fish curry Chickpea dhaal curry Aloo gobi And no lie or exaggeration they were all amazing and full of flavour. You well and truly know your stuff when it comes to cooking. I am hooked to your channel and eagerly waiting for new magic potions-reciepes 😊from you (honestly, your dishes are magical) Gutted you don't post as often. Thank you so much for taking the time to make our lives easier and full of flavour. Can I please request the following as I only trust you now: Paye curry Chicken chow mein (pretty please) Steak and chips More sweet dishes 😋 Sorry for sounding so demanding, and may Allah put more barakah in what you do. Lots of love ❤️
I made this Bhuna & also your Kheema with Po tato. Both were very good. Did a few tweaks of my own (fennel seed powder, lemon juice, yogurt) with the Bhuna, to make it my own. Had tried a number of Bhuna recipies but was not quite satisfied. Great recipes. Thnx from Canada!
Delish!!!! I really appreciate the written ingredients in the description box. It's so quick to screenshot shot it & check what I have and what I need without rewinding the video numerous times. If time permits you, it will also be very valuable if the method could also be written down too for all recipes as some other channels have....
If you go to most restaurants and order a bhuna, you get a bland sauce. You often get offered a bhuna sauce with some tandoori dishes, again bland. This recipe is a proper bhuna, as I learnt years ago, a really great dish. From the best curry cook on UA-cam.
Making this tomorrow morning and eat it in evening. I just bought loads of quality beef and steaks but may freeze and lamb in morning from local butchers. Good bullet chilies. Don't like coconut, but can you use ghee and normal veg oil?
Made this with mutton on the bone. Gave it an extra hour. Absolutely delicious , the coconut oil makes a world of difference 👍👍 . Would highly recommend.
Hi shamza I made your lamb bhuna last night, its really good thick rich masala, I've been cooking curry for over 40 years, its my hobbie, you've taught me how to perfect it, can't thank you enough, carry on shamza you are the best
Your cooking videos are great and really easy to follow, thank you. Your prep game is on point and everything you make looks delicious. My only gripe is that you don't plate up the food at the end and taste it. I would have loved to see you serve this with some rice and naan and actually watch you enjoy it. That is half the pleasure of watching cooking videos.
I Shamza, wow made your lamb bhuna last night what a curry tastes absolutely fantastic thanks for sharing another gorgeous recipe. Could your recipe be scaled up to make 2kg of lamb? Thanks Dave
That’s a cracker Shamza👌🏻 Lamb bhuna is my all time favourite dish and I add some boiled potatoes and a splash of Mr Naga pickle which adds heat and a lovely flavour too😊 Thank you for sharing👍🏻
That is a nice recipe, I like meats cooked this way, long n' slow as the fats get rendered completely and the flavours fuse together fully. Thanks for sharing.🌹
I am making this for my birthday, well I am using mutton. I do tend to slit the chillies but i love the validation that our methods are pretty much the same. Can not beat a tasty bhuna :)
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes Ohh I agree, I have 4 go to recipes that i use regularly, bhuna, chatinad (my favourite), tikka masala (am UK based) and balti (all normally chicken but that is due to cost not preference and those 4 are not my only ones, just the ones I make most regularly) but for my bithrday I am doing mutton bhuna, chicken korma and paratha, i will be having a go with making my own samosas and trying it with a keema matar recipe (not traditional I know but I made a keema matar not long ago and thought that i would go great in either a samosa or pie, I did mention I was from the UK right, we love our pies lol), my onyl wish is that i could make UK take away style poppadoms, they are salty and for me highly addictive lol
It looks awesome and so delicious. I want to make this at my friends house in 2 weeks, can I add potato? Lots of your recipes I added potatoes and came out wonderful. Your recipes are just awesome and I always try them out and yes, the best. May you be blessed and thank you for always sharing these wonderful recipes ❤
I absolutely love you and all the food you have taught me to cook! Thank you. I would love to make this, but I don't see how much Garam Masala and Methi are needed. Could you please list them in the ingredients?
looks lovely, most of our restaurants in York seem to buy in all the premade sauces, as they are all the same from restaurant to restaurant...no homemade style to it.
Very nice Shamsa and looks so delicious. Please take a niwalaa at the end to give us an idea of the taste 😊. Can you show us how you make Fettuccine Alfredo please. Thank you.
What brand / type salt are you using there, it does not look like normal table salt, which might be good for me as I need to avoid table salt !! Love your vids !! 🥰❤️👏👏
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes got you ! Thought it might be but was not sure ! As I suffer from Arthritis it’s better for me to! Table salt makes my joints swell up, and my feet horrendous !! But I will make your recipe but with Himalayan salt ! 👏👍👍👍👍
Hi im makinh this tomorrow nut have fresh garlic n ginger so wondering how much I should use please? Lol never used cardamons before do was a lil pricey for each nah just to habe 2 of each out but there you will look at more of your recipes to help use them. Tfs
Salaam , I just wanted to ask important, the teaspoons and tablespoons of spices ,are they level or heaped ?Please reply as I think other people may want to know aswell ❤❤
Hi what’s difference Iv always.cook my meat and chicken like that for year’s I don’t always add garam masala at the end or kasuri methi. Only if I feel like, I put saffron in my meat and chicken!
What i find puzzling is that all these Indian dishes be it Madras, Bhuna, vindaloo or what have you, all have the same spices. Just different level of heat. Sure there is a difference in home made curries but not so different aroma or flavours. Oh, i am a India and have eaten curries last 70 years. 🤣
Made this last week and it was delicious. 😊

Dude, you must be going to cheap restaurants and not proper Indian Restaurants. I doubt you would know what a proper Bhuna is
