The Sith order goes: Master, Apprentice, Acolyte. Mae’s the Acolyte. Presumably we’ve only seen the apprentice and not the Master. An example of this would be Sidious, Dooku, and Ventress. The Apprentice always tries to get an acolyte so they can gain power to overthrow the Master.

Qimir is shifty, he knows way too much about the targets, the master and he clearly knows how to fight. I too suspect he is a acolyte or maybe even the Sith.
Also i wonder what war crimes Indara, Torbin, Kelnacca and Sol commited on Brendok. Because it seems clear now that the story Sol told about Mae having started a fire that kill her family is either a lie or not the whole truth. Mae cares about her sister, the way she reacted after learning Osha was alive shows that.
By the way the Barash Vow is from Darth Vader comic books. Nice calback there.
The fights and figurine are top notch so far. Love how much aliens are here and how alive and colorful those places look.
Look forward to when the Jedi finally catch up to the Sith.

I think The Acolyte refers to Mae not her master, although they might both be acolytes. I was a bit disappointed that there isn’t really much mystery to the plot but I like all the characters so am enjoying the show so far.

I think they gave away the twin thing early as people would guess it easily. Every reaction I have watched guessed it before it was revealed.
The mystery is more what happened on mae and osha planet 16 years ago and is the master someone we have already seen or just won’t be shown
