This was quality kids TV back in the day. I used watch this every saturday morning without fail and loved the trio of Andy Crane, Pat Sharp and the stunning Yvette Fielding. Thanks for posting Lozza21
This was probably the BEST ITV Saturday Morning show... I'm gonna probably get murdered by SMTV fanbois but, This was brilliant. I always favored this over Live and Kicking slightly. Animaniacs, Taz-Mania and Batman:The Animated Series were all ace to watch. LWT was the one to watch back in the day. After this came The Chart show, Speakeasy, Movies Games and videos, and if you were lucky, Airwolf, Life Goes On or even WCW (before they shifted to Saturday Nights!) Being a 90s kid rocked.
This stuff takes me back... there is this one segment Im trying to find but cant find it anywhere I thought it was on this show.. Mybe somebody will remember. Basically it was a "phone in" game. all I can remember is you had to walk through this hallway and you got attacked by a headless chicken near the end? I think.. any ideas?
Sorry about the late response 😂 This bothered me for years to.. I believe it was on Motormouth. The game was based on the Amiga 500 game called Weird Dreams
i was GUTTED when they replaced hugo the troll with joe razz!!!! anyone remember lines like "start the propeller, feller!", "don't delay, i'm ready to play!", "don't be slow, i'm ready to go!", "hellooooo! one life to go!"? xD
@jamesyintheusa From what I remember. They moved baywatch to Sunday around early 1993. And the Munsters we got was "The Munsters Today" (The colorized 80s reboot)
Hehe, post-haircut Pat Sharp. I remember it being a time of serious mourning when he got rid of his immense mullet. Someone explain to me how they got Pasty the Worm past the radar, that thing looked obscene.
*Become tired. WSUD had a good 3 year run. It' too bad they replaced it with the rubbishy Scratchy & Co (Which everyone only really watched for Animaniacs anyway).
No worries, I used to work on the show which was amazing, so much fun every day. I'm the one at the end that they bring on during the letters ...

is mr spanky and naughty torty on youtube - i cant find any clips
Oh yeah one other thing.. At the start of the game the show's presenter dropped a massive dice to decide which contestant would play
Crikey, Robbie could be said to have gone overboard with the "hosting" personality even back then, doncha think?

I wonder if this inspired a young Noel Fielding in any way.
