"BEIRUT (AP) - Lebanon’s Hezbollah has new weapons and intelligence capabilities that could help it target more critical positions deeper inside Israel in case of an all-out war, the militant group’s leader warned on Wednesday.
Hassan Nasrallah’s comments came as the monthslong cross-border conflict simmering between Hezbollah and Israel appears to be reaching a boiling point, and a day after a top U.S. envoy met Lebanese officials in his latest attempt to ease tensions."

It would take a miracle for real peace to happen in the middle east. The reason I say this is because it's complicated and unfortunately extremist make it more complicated. This is only one facet of the problem. Another example to throw onto the pile, is the greed of those who are supplying the weapons. Most of the people that remember WW2 are gone. The world is going to remind itself why peace is so precious.
This isn’t the first time land disputes have been resolved by war and it won’t be the last. Even before WW2 there were tons of land disputes where one group has slaughtered the other.

Nope. I remember WW2 cuz my two uncles fought in it and I'll ya somethin. The lesson of WW2 was "autocracy cannot be placated". You have to stamp it out like the embers from a camp fire. You have to get it ALL the way out. Putin and XI are OBSERVABLY worse than Hitler. Time to get to stamp'n!

Wrong; Educational: There is an agreement between the Arabs and Palestinians not to allow any Palestinians out of their land, because if they do, Israel will not allow them back in, this is what happened in 1948. Today, most of the Palestinians refugees in Arab countries refuse any citizenship and still hold on to their Palestinian IDs hoping to return back to their land.
