If a player becomes a Tank mid-charge the bot Charger gains control and can now turn towards survivors even while mid-charge (bug). This is normally done since having a Charger turning while charging is unexpected and can confuse survivors (and pin a survivor of course). I think he missed because the Charger bot turned into the curb.
