- Meta Business Suite allows you to manage all of your Meta business assets in one place - Facebook business pages, Instagram accounts, Facebook ad accounts, WhatsApp accounts, Facebook Pixels and more. It also allows you to control who has access to these assets and for you to get access to assets that belong to other businesses (essential if you're an agency).
The Facebook Business Suite replaced the Facebook Business Manager, and it also adds some new functionality such as unified notifications, message inboxes and post scheduling and insights.

I searched for over one hour trying to find a good tutorial, and got disappointed to find many guides that either are to old for how FB looks today, or hard to understand/follow. I somehow ended up w 2 accounts under my name and the one I want to use to manage it, isn't tied to my FB/Instan to form a shop, it's in the other one. I'm so frustrated with this. Can I just delete it all and start over or will that delete my fb and insta pages that I have going on? I can't seem to find a chat to actually talk to someone.
When I log on to business facebook suite, my FB page only has 3 things:
Ads Manage
Ads Reporting
Events Manager.
No idea why I'm not getting all the options you have?
When I schedule a post, is there a way to default to 'both' Facebook and Instagram? Currently, it only has Facebook selected, and every time I post, I have to manually select Instagram.. And I have over 200 posts to schedule.
Should I use my personal facebook for this? Or create a business facebook first, then sign into it in meta business suite?
Hi Andrew, what happens if I get an alert that the page already belongs to another business? Does that mean I should cancel this suite, because I already have one? I'm not an agency and there is no separate owner to the business.
Greetings, I need help..how do I change my tax classification from business to individual? We accidentally set it up to a non-profit.. we can't get paid until we get the tax info added but since it's not a nonprofit we can't provide any tax info as required.. Can you please help?

Anytime that I want to create a meta business account, they keep telling me that ad access is restricted. I read multiple articles but everyone including meta kept telling me to verify my Identity.
If i do this, I won't be allowed access at all as I am 16 year old trying to learn Facebook advertising.
Also anytime I try to create a facebook page I am greeted with the you have created too many facebook pages error, and I have not created any facebook page at all.. ever.
So my four questions are:
1. If I verify my identity, will I be able to access meta business as a 16 year old?
2. do I have to verify my Identity or is it something else?
3. If the above questions are not in my favor, how else can I learn and practice facebook advertising.
4. Why is my facebook saying I have too many pages when I have never created one, and how do I solve this?

Is the new business suite WAY more limited in its data or am I missing something? I can't see impressions, let alone engagement, only reach, and I can't event see page likes by date, only the number of page likes on the day I'm looking at the dashboard. I also can only export page reach numbers? Please tell me I'm missing something, because this is terrible.

Hey Andrew, thanks so much for this - very helpful. I have an issue I need help with plllease! Does the billing page show Instagram & Facebook bills together or are they separated? If so, how can you see the billing separated / itemised so you know what you spent on either FB or Insta platform? I am lost as i cannot understand how billing works! The billing section looks diferent to my bank account charges. I cannot for the life of me find a tutorial / youtube / detailed info on this very crucial information!!! This video was so helpful. I have a question: In my facebook account I have more than one profile. When I added my facebook page to meta business suite, it chose a profile. But this isn't the profile I use. I have searched all over to find out how to change the profile in MBS. Do you know how?

Hi Andrew, can we use a corporate email for the main person to have full access of the account? Because I tried doing that once and Meta has blocked the account, not sure what is the main reason but I think it is trying to push me to open an account with something else....

Hi Amalia! Basically Business Suite is replacing Business Manager, so if and when you get Business Suite I would use that. You can still force it to switch back to Business Manager but eventually Business Suite will be the only option
When I upload a cover on a video and plan to upload it via meta suite, that cover disappears from the video. It wasn't just once. And when I fill it immediately through instagram, then everything is in order. Please tell me what should I do?

To set up my business account should I create a new facebook page with my company email address or do I need to use my existing personal facebook page to setup my business account? We tried going through this but an error message comes up when we try to create the account saying "Unable to Create Account...The name you chose for your business isnt valid."
It goes on suggesting another business name to try and then says, "Business names must accurately reflect your business, as with Page names."
We entered our business name exactly to what our business goes by. Could it be that we already have Business Manager set up under someone else's login? If so, is there a way for us to find out?

Great for you. I have tried over and over to delete my meta business, which I think has not loaded properly. I do not have the same settings that everyone else has. I just wanted to keep my regular facebook and fix or delete my meta business but I cannot find anyone who can sort this out. I am reasonably new to facebook but just no help.

Search as I might, I was unable to find the "business asset" option... just a "business app" menu option, that did not lead me to the same places you had traveled to. LOL! I'm wondering though, do you have any content that you can link me to that might help me understand how to add / link a calendar to the new Meta Business Suite Appointment feature? I have Services added, and I have gone through all the setting options under Appointments... but can only find a general M-S availability setting... nothing I can find that would allow me to block off specific times / dates where I might already be booked... Y have a problem. When I open Meta Business Suite, the Home page is blank. But the other menu buttons work properly. I don't get it.

Hi Andrew I really need your help or anyone else on here. I haver a personal page setup in Professional Mode. Do I need to create a Meta Business Suite account to be able to monetize Branded Content. I just unlocked that ability on my account. Unless you have another tutorial on how to monetize branded content but reminder I only have Professional Mode I don't have any pages.

It seemed that my page was access by someone else other than me. Facebook notify me that I have given full access to someone which I didn't know. This oedsonight disabled some tool in mypage like the page access in my setting.

I'm having trouble in this beta after my page was updated into it. No page access in m setting. No reels. Can't see post of my followers. Cannot figure out if my post is actually working. This makes my page a little bit difficult now.
I'm confused about one thing. I created the business suit as a private person, not a legal person. All the assets are attached to me as a private person. However, I have a legal entity, the LLC. And I can't figure out how to distribute the assets between me personally and my legal entity. As the payments for the ad campings were done by my legal entity not me personally.

This could be great video, but in my case there is no "All Tools" and "Settings" buttons, literally.They just missing in the left sidebar. What I have in the bottom left is (?)Help button where I can leave my feedback and read FB useless tutorials with "click settings button" which is missing. excellent tutorial - I'm having some issues with tagging accounts and pages of artists in posts that we are scheduling for a music festival. Could you point me to one of your tutorials that would explain this process? They look like they appear when I do "tag people" and then hit save, and I look at the preview and they are in - but when they go live - they are often missing - or in some cases a completely different person's account or page is tagged (that was super odd! - just a random person none of us know was tagged instead of an artist we are working with).
