    The commonality you mentioned between the vocal styles (call out, call and response) Asake and Seyi Vibez are known for is due to their heavy influence from Fuji Music, an indigenous Yoruba folk music. They’re basically new school Fuji artistes. We could say the same for Bella Shmurda.

      @@adroitdoricgh2677 point of correction highlife is not for Ghanian only, almost all west African country are doing highlife SEYI did not sample anything from Ghana, Nigeria is even doing better in highlife than Ghana
