On lazy rainy days, Hobbits would gather here instead of at the pub, sitting in comfy armchairs, a cup of coffee or cappuccino at hand, smoking a pipe of halfling weed as they quietly talk while listening to the soft sounds of jazz being played in the corner.
On snowy days, they'd be sipping hot cocoa.
When I saw the title of this, I immediately thought of a book about an Orc who opened a coffee shop in a city as her retirement plan after she finished with her life of quests and adventures:
"Legends & Lattes" by Travis Baldree.
And now his second book has just been released:
"Bookshops & Bonedust."
I can't wait to read it.

yeah i have hobbit-like friends and thats what they do. im more of an elf personality, but i still sometimes just grab some warm coffee and snuggle up in the corner of my room and read Percy Jackson, LoTR, The Hobbit, Legends of Narnia, Harry Potter, or (one of my personal favorite books) A Wolf Called Wander. its just nice to escape life into the worlds of mythic forests, dragons, kings and queens, gods, and just forget about life.

Agreed! AI is this "new" thing that so many folks think is great, but I think when it comes to art, it's a cop-out. It takes the genius right out of art and though lots of AI artwork is cool, it's not real art to me. Typing in commands to AI isn't the same as taking a brush and putting your own, organic and unique thoughts down on a canvas or such. As an artist, I just think AI is computerized plagiarism.

Oh how i love jazz! Reminds me of San Francisco when i was a young girl in .y 20s. Going to the jazzjoints and piano bars with my boyfriend whom i never told i loved him. Hes gone on to a higher dimention now....its bittersweet but memories are still beautiful

This is really lovely, just unfortunately so many ads so close together really throw off the relaxation and enjoyment factor. It would be really great to have them spread out in the beginning and end to be able to actually enjoy this beautiful creation.

I agree about the ads - but for the same reason I decided to spend the money to subscribe each month - so I can enjoy this app "ad free" - it makes my life so much more lovely, being able to play videos all day long and uninterrupted. For the price of a cup of coffee and pastry, I am able to listen to and view countless videos AND when guests come over, I make them my special hot beverages (barista style coffees, or hot chocolate drinks, tea, whatever - and we relax to smooth jazz video on UA-cam - no ads, just continuous music.
Don't know if someone is reading this, but if you are: it doesn't matter where you are right now on this planet, I wish you a wonderful day and a happy, peaceful life where all your dreams come true. You are amazing and beautiful! I believe in you!

Such a beautiful setting - one thing that would be much appreciated from many viewers, is to videotape real people in this same setting, having their coffee and conversing, so whomever is watching this video can get their cup of coffee or tea and take their mind to this place - a way to teletransport to a faraway place and relax, pretending we are at this place enjoying our coffee.

Your videos are so well done, and I would very much enjoy them if it weren’t for all the mid roll ads. I know you have to make a living and I don’t mind ads at the beginning and end of the video… Even an occasional mid-roll if the video is very long. But one every 10 or 15 minutes is just too much. It takes any enjoyment out of the ambience. Just my two cents.
