See if you love speeding and and light weight bike with powerfull engine go with Duke and if you want rudba while driving a bike and brand value plus reliable engine go with Enfield
Depends on your riding style, ktm is high reving engine you need to be in the right gear all the time and it will pull like it's got fire on its arse but Royal Enfield are not high reving engines they don't have to be in right gear all the time you, it's got the pull but at a leisurely pace . If you like high speeds and warna be always on the edge buy a ktm , if you don't mind about speed Royal Enfield. I am a ktm duke 390 gen 3 owner and ex j series classic 350 owner . Hope this helps you.
I was also going for higness due to smooth ness in engine but when I ride both bikes I like the royal Enfield engine due to low end torque. Plus highness don't have service centre in my area
