This is amazing, nothing I would've done differently. I was shocked ay how well the ore refinery worked around the map boundary, and demonstrates that a 9 tile build can be done really good.
I always wondered why no one builds a university town as we call them in America. I live about 20m from one and the town almost builds around and with the uni. It's rather cool I think! Very nice build!! Fun way for everyone to share ideas🤩
I usualy build my cities with the idea to have the best traffic flow possible. But on this one lane math just killed a lot, same with local road "shortcuts". So public transport was an absolut necessity. I had to maje them free to go from like 50% traffic flow to that juicy 84%. If not, the city just breaks !
@Ardarin-yt It's beautiful man! 84% traffic flow at 120k population is excellent, especially with 9 tiles! Just insane!! I would be curious to hear your public transit usage data!

A really nice design overall, especially considering the nine tile limit. It's not too rigid/gridded and not disjointed/chaotic. Love the airport design. Tasteful use of the uniques and even the monuments. Well done!
I tried to respect the topography as much as i could, and the existing highway, thus the orientation of new blocs differs from on to another. Thanks for the compliment
Very nice build! Creative use of the map and tile restriction. I thought the dual city skyline played very well in terms of establishing vastness within 9 tiles, and I really enjoyed the use of some very left-of-field building pairings to create actual believable suburbs and city centres. Cathedral+Brooklyn and Queens, anyone? 😍 Well done Ardarin! I think you've given Egg quite a few ideas!
Loving some of the asset combinations used throughout this city! I can see the rationale of using the Financial DLC assets as they have a European looking base with a modern glass top so fits well with the overall European high density buildings
Even if i am an architect, no matter how much i try, its very hard for me to make a city look nice, idk if its because when i see someone else's project (on everything) it always looks better than when i do it, at least in my eyes. Maybe a lack of confidence, but i'll try again, and if you allow people to share their cities with you, maybe one day i will show you one. I use cities skylines base game only, no mods, and on epic games.

@@Alehandros24 if you're trying to load orchid bay you need to own any dlc that adds a network that was used in that city, which is pretty much every single one at this point. A city will not load if there are networks missing
Crazy how outdated the UI and overall graphics look on CS1 now! Ive been hooked on CS2 recently so maybe thats why 🤣Still trying to figure out what the beeping noise is in the high density areas..

my hight density game is not anywhere near what i'd want it to be. The financial buildings are probably the part of the city I dislike the most :/
