I am 42° and living in Spain we are naturally with UK time zone but because of politics of the past we operate with Central European time zone. So, 3.30 am is 4.30 am to me. I may say 4.30 is the time where things happen to me. But I am usually awake at that time. I don't sleep every single night. After 4 years of paying attention to this I see what is what and where times start and ends. Because we live with well different seasons, you have to observe every day. Winters are of very few hours of light and summer time is upto 18 hours of light. To me it was very useful to be awake all night , quite and still to see the difference. I also walk at nighttime every time of the year. I don't think everyone can be able to do that. But, it is the reward to don't be socially acceptable. I hope this can help you to wonder how to get the work done. You need to be so in sync to wake up on your own at the right time.
Traditionally in India, the start of "Brahma Muhurt" is 96 minutes before the local sunrise time. So you can get up sometime during this window and start your spiritual practice.
@@TheAparajit is it? I thought Brahma Muhurt starts when the night is darker. Anyway, what you talk about, this 96 minutes before sunrise, the quality of the night is not as dark. Sun rays start reaching Earth even though we cannot see them yet. But I must say, something changes in the sky, in the quality of the ambiance. From my perception I say it. Very interesting what you have shared here ♥️🙏🏽. India has most of the year the same timing for sunrise and sunset, where I live when the sun comes up at 8 am I have experienced like 2 well differenced energetic timings. I don't know how the shastras work so, I don't know what is what or which are the bases of it. But I do reckon the time you talk about.
I’m try this and hope I awake❤
Me too...
I'm well above the 33 degree latitude, I wonder what us northerners can do.
Dont just believe...try out and see it might work there as well
