I can't tell you how glad I am that you can get one of these without the Superscreen Package or selfie camera, and it still have every other available option if you go full-tilt buying one of these.
Superscreen is ridic. The spaceship interior look is just awful.
@@jrcsh Why? Have you seen the cockpit of an actual spaceship like the space shuttle? I mean when someone someone sees a spaceship interior, they usually go "WOW, very cool."

Take a look at a Benz from the 80’s or even 90’s and you’ll see how much better they were. Better build quality, reliability, and looks. This car will be dated within 10 years and won’t be running well or at all with all of the screens and cameras spying on you.
I feel like Mercedes makes cheap parts that are pushed to their limit and that results in reduced actual quality and reliability. Quite a departure from the 90s. Lots of the modern Mercedes interior bits squeak like a Chevrolet.
Bear in mind that Mercedes did not always deliver good quality in the 90s either. The W210, for example, had major problems with corrosion. The W211 had a lot of problems with the electronics.
That only got better in the late 2000s. The W211 and the other model series at that time were very reliable.
I think it has to get worse before it gets better again.

The average Mercedes buyer today will be bored and get a new one in three to five years. Mercedes and every luxury car brand knows this.
@@Funluexactly. They are throw-away-cars nowadays. Remember when every taxi driver in the 80s drove a Mercedes Benz, well at least around the world.

i sat in one of these at the NC Auto Expo and I mean, it was nice, but it just doesn’t have the same feel as something like my W211 E-Class or my dads C218 CLS (which is very similar to the W212 E-Class)

This thing is just horrendous. The headlights and grill are particularly offputting, completely lost the iconic merc look. 2013 was the last good looking e class imo, with the properly separated headlights. But the 2014-2019 models are still beautiful, far superior to this sh*twagon.
And @pacmanc8103 settle down. Your car is uglier than the mercs of old and that's okay.
Mercs used to be so great....Like most Auto Manufacturers they have wrecked their once great models...New cars do suck, I still have my 2010 Merc E550 & will NEVER sell it.
In your opinion, which means nothing. I just received my E450 which was special ordered in January. It is a MUCH nicer car than my previous 2019 E450. Absolutely no comparison.
