Trading the Triple Top Stock Chart Pattern - Technical Analysis

- Triple Top Pattern:
- A reversal pattern.
- It forms from a previous uptrend.
- You need to be aware that this pattern has the potential to be multiple patterns, and you cannot be sure that it is a triple top until it hits the third point on the resistance line.
- Once it breaks under the support line you can enter the trade to the downside or sell it short.
- The volume will spike once it breaks the support line.
- Remember that this pattern happens over a timeframe of 3-6 months.
- Be neutral until it breaks because it could be a sideways pattern.

But it can also break the resistance line and have a potential bullish breakout as well, correct?
Would you say that the triple top pattern is the same as Head and Shoulders pattern ?? If not then what is the difference ??

Thank you. A question: The diagram is showing the price tapping both resistance and support 3 times. How do we know it's a Triple Top, not a Triple Bottom?

hi Sasha , really appreciate if you can create videos on swing trading. (1) How to find a stock to swing through finviz/BenzingaPRO or any other platform i.e the "SWING SCREENER". (2) Once you get a list of stocks how you are going to select the one which you are going to trade i.e. the "PROBABLE SETUP TO ENTER" .
fair enough :) . You have 26 videos on the technical indicators , going through this covers almost 90% of the chart technical analysis we need to know for swing trading? If not do you recommend any book / video from where i can learn technical analysis in few hours. I am beginner and novice in trading. Most of the video tutorials i get is from Warrior trading or Tim Grittani is day trading.
okay so you did this video with a triple top during a bull market.. what if its been sort of a bear market and it triple tops? my example would be bitcoin.. bitcoin has been in a bear market since 2017 and it has now triple topped at 10,500.. does it mean that its going to a bull market?

3 to 6 month time horizon?? I see triple bottom and triple top on even 1 min charts. could you please clarify?
***** I am a day trader, so I have to look at 1 mins and 5 mins chart. So you are saying those double top/ bottom and triple top/bottom are not so much effective for day trader.

Why not just trade the channel? Buy when it bounces off support and sell off resistance?
