सर कृपया बताएं कि यदि किसी तलाकशुदा महिला की कोई भी आय का साधन नहीं है , उसने दूसरा विवाह भी नहीं किया है , उसके पास तलाक के सभी पेपर्स मौजूद हैं और वह तलाक के बाद से ही अब तक अपने माता, पिता के साथ ही रह रही थी । उसके माता पिता दोनों सरकारी कर्मचारी थे और पेंशन ले रहे थे। ऐसी स्थिति में उन दोनों की मृत्यु के बाद क्या तलाकशुदा बेटी को अपने माता पिता दोनो की पेंशन मिलेगी?
Sir my grandfather retired from SSB in 1997. His daughter (my bua) is unmarried. 26 years has been passed but no pension yet. In 2018 we claimed for it first time. But no actions were taken. Kindly tell me full procedure how to apply in effective way so that neccessary actions will be taken soon..🙏

और आय प्रमाण पत्र डिपार्टमेंट की तरफ से मांगा जा रहा है और नगरपालिका से 36000 रुपए आय का सर्टिफिकेट बन रहा है जबकि आय का कोई साधन नहीं है क्या तब भी ये से प्रमाण पत्र देना पड़ेगा? और अगर बनवा कर देते है तो पेंशन मिलने में क्या कोई दिक्कत आ सकती है पेंशन मिलने में?
एक और सवाल परिवार के अन्य भाई बहन अगर प्राइवेट या govt जॉब कर रहे हैं तो उसके कारण भी क्या पेंशन केस कैंसल हो सकता है?

Interest from fixed deposit is income whether monthly or annually. It has to be shown irrespective of whether it crosses ₹9000/- + d.a.

My friend is divorced and totally depend on his family she is physically unfit. Her mother and father died and mother was retired from rationing office in Mumbai. We try to submit the documents for the family pension in pension office but the rejected and denied to accept and said there is no such rule regarding pension. Pls help us what to do? Is there any GR for this? Where to submit the documents?
