Please address these 2 issues:
All r telling that when we thoroughly cook the veggies , the vitamins in them are destroyed. More over how to wash leafy vegetables ?
Many of them include leafy vegetables juices in to diet which is not cooked .Is this advisable when the cases are spreading so fast in Bangalore?
