Mai face clean karke Pixi toner lga kr fir emolene moisturizer lga kr skin prepare krti hu. Dark circles or pigmentation pr d30 lga kr dab karke us pr Dj2+DFD krti hu or use bhi ache se dab krti hu or fir pac ka foundation 4.1 use krti hi but kuch der baad makeup grey or black ho jata h under eye area se. Kya reason ho skta h

Under 800, you should not buy brushes. They will be Poor quality. Leaving streaks of makeup. It's better to save up some money over time & buy one brush at a time & get good quality brushes. I did what you did. I bought cheap brushes. Them I regretted it. I even wasted my money.
