Alan, “ I can weld with anything, rebar wire, bailing wire, paper clips, bread ties, drink straws, spaghetti noodles, ramen noodles, shoe laces, hair strands” and honestly I believe him.
The ingenuity and engineering that this team has collectively it amazing, problem solving constantly while making it look easy. I feel that there is never a down attitude and everyone is constantly working to improve. Feels like such a great group of people.
Amazing team of guys. Dave's one lucky guy to have workers so skilled. Can't wait to see it all done. Alan is a wizard at what he does great job. Stay safe guys and keep up the great work. Thanks for the video.
How cool is it that you discovered this mountaintop wizard while out flying one day and then convincing him to work some magic in your shop! I love watching him at work.
Hats off to the welders( sorry don't know their names) for making a rotisserie to tig up the nipple and 3:41 laying down a fine weld bead on the rear end. ( Its well worth the effort to pause here and appreciate the welding job, it don't get any nicer than that ) 28:16 Forklift holding up the 5 ton while Alan 31:03 uses his middle finger for an alignment pin into the spring hanger bolt hole yeeoowwwwwwwwwww! The man has no fear an a lot of trust in the operator Fabrication on the whole project is stellar, awesome job guys.
Crazy m fefers I'm machinest jelly of all your fun ammit stuck in mulit million shop still love it just turned 60 feeling old keep up the good work 😮😢🎉
Wizard Alan is his new name. He has come a long ways in what he can do. Love all his videos. I look forward to seeing his videos. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
I feel the same way. I loved working on everything from HEMTTs, 900 Series 5 tons, M35A2 and A3 Deuces, Humvees, Chevy Shop Trucks, FMTVs, LMTVs, CATs, Cummins, Sabres (UK Ford 6 cylinder Marine application for Combat Boats), John Deere Powered Generators, 8v92 DDEC III Detroits, trailers, and personnel carriers. Never Got to work on an Abrams or a Bradley but I got to go inside a couple of the ones we had on our Maintenance Facility Compound. I had a ton of tools in my 1997 F450 Quigley 4x4 service truck (My POV) and they would send my Platoon out to a few of the Equipment Yards on our NG Post and the Adjutant General wanted our Equipment all up to snuff before we got into Hurricane and winter weather season so we all worked from out of the back of my truck and got shit done. Those were the good ole days.
@@stevenwolfe9085 absolutely brother, I was in fort Irwin CA working tanks, 5 tons, humvee (the real ones) lol….I remember seeing one of my soldiers doing opening up the hood on a humvee and a sand storm ripped the the hood off sending it 300 yards down range…yeah that was fun replacing a hood/wiring harness/ lights in a sand storm.
