What was the hiring process like when you first applied to the job? Did you have any experience, did they train you? I am thinking about applying for this job (Solids control Specialist) since a friend of mine recommended it to me. I have zero experience in this field. Could you do a more detailed video of this process, any tips or tricks would be helpful. Thank you!

I've been in the Chemical Plants for the last 20 years and know I to start a new career in the Oilfield. I'm in the Conroe/ Houston area but, I'm willing to move to West Texas if need be. I had my CDL years ago but, let them go thinking I wouldn't need them.
Let me know what I need to do to get out there.
    Thanks
