@@HarryOrenstein She reviews how the fabric performs with her pets in the house (does it attract pet hairs, how hard are they to clean off). I.e how compatible is the fabric of this bag with someone who has a pet. Some are more than others.
Love the brand, but the cost of this at 245$ and the 15L at 185$ is literally insane. To think a civic half zip is 199$. The 15L doesn't even have legit backpack straps or a back panel.
I have the 15L on order. Agree on the concern about lack of backpanel on that…but it is a sling really, at about the largest you would want for a sling. I was expecting the 22L would be a proper backpanel.
I have the 35 l pakt one duffel. That is where this company shines. Best bag ever. I take it for most trips. Fits so much and love the clamshell opening.
As someone who adores pakt as a brand, this feels like a major miss for me. I was excited when they said they were working on an everyday backpack but it isn’t quite there in terms of design and functionality in comparison to the other items I own by them. That being said their 5L sling and 25L duffel have been amazing for me!
It would be best to have subtle zipper pulls in case someone wanted to use this backpack in a professional setting. I still can’t understand why water bottle holders can’t be better for such an expensive backpack. Great video and review as always!
All your review are great and very helpful especially for us who is looking to buy bags. If you are gonna pick a bag for personal item bag for travel, which bag would you choose?
The new Pakt backpack line is one step forward two steps backward from a consumer pov. The "new features" are not necessary. It's clear the brand focussed on how to milk the consumer with this line.
@@PackHacker2 to name a few Bellroy Transit Workpack, AER City Pack Pro, AER Travel Pack 3 Small, Tom Bihn Synapse 25, ULA Ultra Dragonfly, A19 EVADE, etc.
@@e3vL1 aer go pack 2 doesn't have enough compartments for organization like the pakt has. The admin compartment doesn't have anything in it. It is just a bag. The pakt is for organizing. Everything I carry has it's own spot.
Pet compatibility is a valuable and underrated feature in your reviews imo.

What, on earth, is "Pet compatibility"?

Yeah $125 - $175 seems more appropos

$250-350. That’s insane. So many good travel backpacks on the market.
Thanks for the review.
That hanging loop is awesome.
Good quality top carry handle and a dedicated hanging loop are both very important.
I really like that bag tbh. Fab review as always Kristyne. ❤
Edit To Add: at $245, it really doesn't look worth that price to be absolutely honest.

Yeah. 500D nylon at a snug 22 liters. I was waiting for some secret sauce that made the price justifiable but there wasn't really anything.

It's interesting how the overall design and pocket layout are essentially identical to the Aer City Pack Pro.

id get it if it had a better back panel. it looks like it would get hot fast

Looks like a Timbuk2 backpack that I used to own 🤔
Definitely not worth the price. Bellroy, Alpaka, Aer all have comparable backpacks at lower prices. Great review, though.

As an owner of a husky, heavy duty lint rollers...
For 245 USD there better options.
What would you go with instead? 🧐
aer go pack 2, or aer city pack pro
