That no stop rule is ridiculous. It should be like a 5 sec rule or something like that. Even Raga at 1:00 gets a 5 although he isn't in a bad place at all, but just "stops" due to a wheelspin. Is that rule still in use?

I also think it's to strict, at least 1 second or 2 should be valid, otherwise you don't even have time to think what you're going to do
