Dude, This is an awesome chart. I love it. One of the interesting things about a band like this is that the level of talent is so consistently high that it sort imbues the band with a level of humility that lesser bands dont have. These guys seem like a really great bunch of guys to hang out with. When I was playing in college you had some really great players who were not much fun. When these guys hit places like LA that ego becomes like dross and gets burned off because there is so much talent to choose from being a nice person counts for more.
You are so right. The players who are BOTH skilled and friendly are the busiest for sure. I definitely think my band is greatest group of people… of course, I picked them!
