Not quite the place for this question, but the short answer is to bulk while doing high volume arm exercises. Generally, you want to get close to maxing out rep weight and work to failure so you can force hypertrophy and get maximum muscle growth. Rest enough to recover, and be consistent. But also keep in mind that bigger arms can = more weight = slower punches, so I'd focus more on increasing strength over exclusively focusing on your body size.
