Almost every day.
Never changes.
UNTIL NOW!
It’s another rut that I’ve fallen into that I’ve GOT to break.
I eat the same TWO THINGS just about every day for lunch.
Most days I have a salad.
Other days I have a chicken sandwich.
Salad and chicken sandwich.
That’s the repertoire. Two things.
ZZZZZzzzzzzzz.
I’m determined to expand this limited variety, even if it’s in the smallest way, to create a new twist on my boring two lunches.

When I try to put more excitement and variety into my dinners, I’ll add an international flavor.
At dinner time, it’s easy to turn Asian chicken into Italian chicken just by changing the sauce.
During lunch, it’s easy to make my basic salad into something new with a different dressing…a sauce.
SO, what I’ve got to do on Tuesday is make up a new SPREAD for my sandwich, the “sauce” that goes on the bread.
YEAH, THAT’S IT!

It is a real shame that Chef Todd never managed to breakthrough, he has good knowledge, great energy, is entertaining and charming with his delivery humouristic, and yet, less than 1,000 people watch his videos. I attribute this to the poor visual quality of his videos; poor camera resolution, poor lighting and poor surroundings.
He yells in some videos. He’s not very professional. Also if you say anything not positive, he’ll block you. Not mean stuff , just a criticism. Plus he’s trying to charge $97 or something a month for his website. I took a free class and couldn’t get through the first 5 minutes
He called out too many names during his videos. No one wants to watch 15 min of name calling. Just do the cooking
ok, make ahead sandwiches for each day - make a party. I'm converting my diet to drasticly reduce sugar and flour. So I was interpreting it into keto - ish sauces.

They have a program out there for chef for disability learning disability I know how to cook my reading is OK My math is OK
Long one hour videos are out dated. They are replaced by short 3 to 10 minute videos. You would get more viewers if you shortened your videos.
