    I appreciate this videos but you are wrong in terms of the ladder. As long as the person is not using the last step, and the second to last (in a Type-A) ladder, then the person can work with both hands. The exception to this is when the person is climbing up and down the ladder; the person shall have three points of contact. If you cannot work with both hands while in a step ladder, then it would be silly to have these types of ladders at all.

      Werner #2 rule on the ladders is: Face the ladder and maintain a firm grip at all time. They want you to use a platform ladder not a step ladder.
