Once that is all setup can we install MySQL and setup IIS? I'm using a server on campus and I have very little amount to finish.
I was thinking if I enable the remote connection I should be able to.

I used to be able to remote into my Windows 2012 R2 from my Windows 7, but today I can't no longer because getting an error message that reads " An authentication error has occurred. The function requested is not supported." Any suggestions to this fix?

I cant figure this out. I am running Windows Server 2012 at home. Any my office I have 6 laptops that all access a website and mysql that is on my server at home. 1 sometimes it crashed 503error and I am sure why? Is there something I can do to fix that? Q2, how do i access my server from the office...do you have a video on how to do that or know of one? Thanks!

It is not mandatory to use that profile. You can use firewall profile as per your network connection.

Did it ask for username and password? If yes, then might be the user which you are using does not have permission. Make sure that user must have the sufficient permission. You can also add user to remote desktop users group to grant the permission to login remotely using RDP.
