  • 52 blocks. 3 blocks technique transitioning into hand strikes. This isn’t sport fighting, no points and no referees. My tutorials are for self defense in real life scenarios. I’m looking to neutralize any threat. Use for self defense in practical situations.

    Slamming the forearms together also helps with conditioning the bones over time, which is necessary in martial arts.
    A lot of blocks are in equal parts strikes, once your limbs are dense.

    At 58 years old and reflecting upon my life as more an aficionado than martial artist, I really wish I would had have stumbled upon this concise, common sense approach system sooner because of my k.i.s.s. approach towards life now. Better late than never, probably. Thank you for the lesson.

    You have to be composed to utilize this in a fight where the other person is willing to square up fair and square to use it. Most of the time its a spontaneous sucker punch that sets things off so this stuff is irrelevant because there is not enough time to process the blocks right away ... also people fail to realize if you fight someone thats strong and has tuff hands your fore arms and hands are gonna hurt like crazy trying to deflect ... i only see this practical in the first fight sequence that i explained and getting jumped by multiple people otherwise you better be practicing like crazy when it goes down. Good video

    • @infinite7fit741

      Peace, prudent and critical analysis. Excellent assessment. I concur on a few points you highlighted; a sucker punch will typically illicit a flurry of you keep your wits also this combo (or similar) would be advantageous against multiple combatants. Just to note I do these combos for different reasons: it condition my body and mind to automate combos without thought and to work stability and striking to name a few. I’ve said on many occasions you can break these combos into pieces to what “best” fits the scenario. These are templates and to be used with discernment. You’re a scholar and a gentleman. Appreciate the feedback. Peace

    Outstanding! Can I add a warning ? whenever your arms cross each other the outside arm can be used t trap the arm closest to you. To be exact, by applying pressure with the hand to the opponent’s elbow would trap the interior crossed arm making both arms useless. Also that back hand fist brilliant when used to chop into to the side of neck(warning:side of the neck is most unknown knock out) . Outstanding!

      Just one thing on the trapping aspect. Technically your correct but in reality they rarely happen. If you look at people like Geoff Thompson who have had 100's of violent confrontations things like trapping just don't work.
      One must remember that the blocks in 52 eb skull and bones can be used pre-emptively.

    • @ownone7759
      @ownone7759 3 роки тому

      @@jw-vx8im you are correct of course. I would add that things don’t work , instead one must make them work. One RARELY MUST fight! The average street fight last about 9 seconds and one will have no chance to remember pre planned moves, only principles and ideas. Like to control the elbow is to control the arm. Thanks again j w ! Champ 🏆🏆 one thing i can say and that is you are a great teacher you don't need to explain too much or someone must not be present with you to take lessons but by watching you alone they have enough lessons and teachings because by watching you alone is more than enough to learn you explain it so easily
