  • Vegetable Fried Rice:
    *Ingredients:*
    - 2 cups cooked rice
    - 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, beans, etc.), finely chopped
    - 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
    - 4 tablespoons oil
    - 4 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1-inch ginger, minced
    - 2 green chillies, minced
    - 2 small onions, finely chopped
    - Salt to taste
    - 1 teaspoon chili powder
    - Pinch of turmeric powder
    - 1 tomato, finely chopped
    - 1/4 teaspoon tomato sauce
    - coriander leaves
    *Instructions:*
    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    2. Add chopped onions and vegetables, along with tomato and salt. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, cooking until onions are translucent and vegetables are slightly tender.
    3. Add minced garlic, green chillies, and ginger. Fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    4. Sprinkle chili powder, turmeric powder, soy sauce, and tomato sauce over the vegetables and coriander leaves. Mix well and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.
    5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix thoroughly with the vegetables and sauce.
    6. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until everything is heated through and well combined.
    7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
    8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
