I would recommend starting down the road of shadow work n finding how to pull all your repressed emotions (good and bad) and pull them up to the surface and deal with them. The most common way I’ve dealt with my shadow work was starting off with my anxiety and any kind of emotional trigger from absolutely anything that happens around me. Figure out what triggered you, what, why, and how it triggered you. And from there you’ll find parts of yourself you haven’t seen since childhood nor ever seen in your life. Trust me my man, holding onto negative emotions such as “not my problem” makes it more of your problems than your realizing. Much love brotha, hope you find yourself in the future 💯🤙
