Some of these new homes are built like shit lack quality craftmanship; too many short cuts, and fall apart quickly. I'm in Ohio. Timing is everything
Thanks for watching! Credit card debt is definitely a challenge for some borrowers and can be the dealbreaker to buy before paying some or all of it down. I agree with you, buyers need to be very careful when selecting a builder to purchase from. You said it, timing is everything!
