Mario Sunshine - All Possible 100-Coin Shines in Secret Levels

Sirena-2, Sirena-4, Bianco-6, Ricco-2, Noki 3, and the other Delfino Plaza secrets are not included here because they either have no coins in the secret level, or the level does not have enough coins to reach 100 and are not available in vanilla. Sirena-2, Sirena-4, Bianco-6, and Noki 3 actually do have a set location for the shine if you use hacks to collect 100 coins. Also, the reason I included Pinna Park is because people don't normally go for the shine inside the park. They usually stay on the beach and get 100 coins there, so the park shine is much less common. Same case for the hotel attic, casino, and the boss rooms.
One more point: it is debatable whether or not Delfino Airstrip is a secret level since it is displayed as its own area on the map and has its own shine count, but the 100-coin shine there is connected to Delfino Plaza, so I included it here.
