This is why I loved the Ultimate ninja series, especially 3, 4, and 5. The creators got so creative with the specials, pretty much making up techniques they would use, but still making it somewhat believable. They were all over the top and full of plenty of action. I really missed the cinematic specials.
You can unlock the Chidori special for any character at some point in the game. I had Sakura and Ino Chidori Clash and it was always awesome to watch since both don't really have cool jutsus

If cyberconnect2 could make up a perfectly good moveset for characters years ago, why the fuck do we end up with support only characters or characters missing altogether in the Ultimate Ninja Storm games?
That's why this game was and is still one of the best in the series they weren't afraid to try new things I'd like to see that fearless attitude in storm 3
Aah, I loved my Modded PS2. 7:00 I believe it was Narutimate Accel 1 or 2, but This Ougi by Part 1 Neji did some crazy damage. He was my go to in that game, relentless combos, Kaiten out of problems and ridicc damage.
alsoit had more things to do then any storm game,once you've completed the story there were missions ,not to mention the collectables that you could buy at the shop,like action figures,all the ougi scenes,the pictures ,alot of stuff to collect.
FORMULA FOR A GREAT NARUTO GAME ULTIMATE(OUGI)-1:send them to what looks like a different area, 2:use that area and either do serious damage to it or send your oppenent flying, 3:bring out great details from the characters ougi's, and last 4:exaggerate there ultimates to the fulliest but still making it true to the characters style.....if they make another 2D naruto game this time for next gen this small piece to the puzzle will make it better then the Storm games

I'd imagine that was due to developing for the Playstation 3, a lot of developers complained about its challenge. I also think that they may have aimed to more accurately portray the manga. They took a lot of creative liberties with these games and while they were amazing to us fans (SO AMAZING! :D) they overdid the flashiness of older techniques. By this standard, Madara's Heaven Concealed would almost need to blow up the planet. (Then what do they do with the Ten-Tails' Beam later on?)
English voice actors are good, in my opinion its just narutos that makes me watch sub. but people like kakashi and sasuke are top class voice actors who are great
XD Kakashi's UJ! Lightning Blade 1-hit slash! Gotta be my favorite simply cuz of the music and how badass he seems when he does it in the dub! But in this vid, I like Rock Lee's Mad Dance of Infinity, Kazekage Gaara's UJ's, Neji's, and Sasuke's!

They only take so many of our ideas though, and they're still being flooded by people asking for the Sound 4, for some reason.

We need legit jutsu and ougi customization in Storm 3. Atleast in storm 1 we could choose from different jutsus.
I got as far as Curse Mark Chidori then I just kept replaying it.
at the time the technology they used was easily attainable now it's hard to animate stuff

starting on 2:37 the punch and kick was actually narutos so just if you dont believe me look in the ANIME
they need to make a ultimate ninja storm collection like they did 4 the PS2 games but generations would not be apart of it just storm 1,2 and 3

They have to be short because of online fights. CC2 even had to shorter the Storm 1 ougis for Generations.
