In this video, I share the process and my experience getting breast reduction surgery. let me know if you have any questions & I will be happy to answer them below! it's a bit intimidating sharing this but my intent with this channel has always been to document my life and share my experience with you...and this was a pretty big experience. what was your size before and after?
I had a breast reduction surgery last summer and it was absolutely the best decision for me. I went from thinking constantly about the size of my chest to literally not giving them a second thought because because ‘yep they look great’ and I can just move on with my day, which is actually life changing!! I’m so happy you were able to take this step to improve your mental health and self image ❤❤

I'm so glad that you were able to share this decision with us, I totally get how personal it is. I got a breast augmentation this year after wanting one since I was in 8th grade. Now that I'm 20, I'm so thankful that I was able to afford it and go through with it. I was back and forth with wanting to change my body but also knowing that God created me the way he did for a reason, but ultimately I felt at peace with my decision and with God. I'm proud that you went through with it, surgery and recovery is not easy. I'm also glad that you went through with it for you and not for anyone else. That's what matters the most!
Congrats on your surgery. My sister had breast reduction surgery years ago and she is so happy that she did it. She went from an F cup to a C cup and doesn't suffer with back or shoulder pain anymore. It's been over 20 years since her surgery and she doesn't have any regrets.

Congratulations!!!! I’m so happy for you! I had my reduction in 2015 when I was 18 years old. 34G to 34C. Best decision I have ever made! I have gained weight now and they are bigger but still the best thing ever! I’m also currently pregnant and I am too worried about breast feeding but I still wouldn’t change my decision. 😊 congrats again!

I currently have the same size as you did before (34 DDD) and I have been thinking about this as well but have been too scared to actually go through with it. This has been very helpful for me since i struggle a lot with body image since im a skinny girl with a big chest. Thank you for sharing your journey with us 💖

I just started the process of talking to doctors after wanting this procedure for YEARS. Your video was sosososo encouraging and helpful. Crying over wanting to simply wear a tank top is so real. Just wearing a simple top may seem so small but it means so much. Glad you had a great experience and thanks for sharing your journey!
