- Опубліковано 22 гру 2019
- Aardman has partnered with DFS on its Winter Sale campaign with a Wallace and Gromit spot directed by Magdalena Osinska, and featuring the voice of Helena Bonham Carter as Lady Tottington. This is the first time Nick Park, who was Aardman's Creative Director on this campaign, has worked with Helena since she voiced the same character in the Academy Award®-winning Wallace & Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit in 2005. I want one more Wallace and Gromit movie with Lady Toddington
SuperCaleb360 I think we all do
I think they're making another 30 minute movie
Peter has a distinctive nasaly sound to his voice.
It's almost a very high pitched nose-blocked sound that is very difficult to copy.
Ben in the early 2009 game had lots of troubles doing the voice where the overall tone was similar, but lacked that distinctive sound to it which it overall sounded very flat.
Looking at more recent videos, Ben has adapted surprisingly well and can almost make the same vocal maneuver as Peter did.
@@galaxyrobloxian998 I hope so because I want that happen
I agree, it's been far too long since the last movie.
I don't care if it's an ad for sofas, any Wallace and Gromit content is good content.
Lady Tottington is back! :D it’s so good to see her again.
After 14 years since she was in the curse of the ware rabbit
2005: I'll be Back
2019: I'm Back
@@SpiderBeetle glad she's back
J's Watch and we can say they are an official couple
@@metepec20092012 how come?
Glad to see Lady Tottington/Tottie after half-a-decade of absence.
Please Wallace, call me Tottie.
I believe you mean a decade and a half. The movie first came out in 2005.
@@DrRank Yeah, I know what you mean.
Wallace and Gromit are the best
agreed
agreed too lad
Jackgaming 1704 RIP for Wallace and gromit
Please give us another film!
It's been ELEVEN YEARS
@@jjwilliams410 and 14 years since the last time we see lady tottington
J's Watch me too.
I know: Wallace and Gromit in A Tottington Marrige. (Wallace marries Lady Tottington)
Nick Park said that he would prefer to make another short rather than another movie.
I literally just scream like a fangirl, finally they're together.
I can’t believe Wallace and Gromit keep going after 30 years, I always liked them so it’s fine for me
I know that's not Peter Sallis, but it sounds so close to him that I don't care. ^^
I love Grommit's newspaper titles 😆
0:57 if you look at the newspaper Gromit is reading, you can see it reads "Dog embarrased by owner" complete with a picture of himself.
For fans of W&G, that is not exactly news…
Thanks for the timestamp. You are very considerate.
And at the very opening 0:01, on the page back of the Wuffington Post he's reading there's article with the headline "Who Let The Dogs Out?"
I’m liking the new Voice actor for Wallace Peter sallis would be proud
It’s great to see Wallace and Gromit in new material.
Gromit may never speak but he's lot smarter than Wallace .
How come he doesn't have a mouth if the dog from Shaun the sheep does and it's the same animation company who made these 2?
I wouldn't say Gromit's smarter.
He just has common sense
@@tbx12frnku22 More sense than Wallace😀😁😂🤣😃😄😆
It sure is great to see old friends! Fluffles should make a return too! ; )
Ahh, nice to see these two again.
And with Lady Toddington too.
We haven't see her since the first movie
That is true, nice to see her and Wallace are still on touch.
I love this short so cool
0:26 are we gonna talk about the CGI animation
0:57 pause look at gromit’s newspaper
0:56 the face of gromit lol
0:50 ''Oh Wallace I want you to draw me like one of your French girls'' XD
Wow. It's like Sallis never passed away!
Just spirit.
It's nice to see Lady Tottington again. Never thought we'd see her one last time.
Hey great to see lady tottington after a while (from the movie)
Ikr, this shows that other classic Wallace and Gromit characters could come back too
What a best childhood memory
Great seeing these two again after 10 years since their last outing in 2009,A Matter of Loaf and Death. Also,It’s great to see Lady Tottington from Curse of The Were Rabbit appear again as well. Since Peter Sallis is dead,I think Ben Whitehead is a true successor since he can do a pretty good impression of Wallace.
Well this was surprising I thought we would never see any movie characters again as Matter of loaf death only had one small reference to one of the pictures from the opening and the Grand adventure games had a completely different cast of citizen characters
She appeared in some other ads before incl Tottingham Hall.
Ben, mate, if you see this thank you for continuing the legacy of a great voice actor *and* one of the best animation series
I miss Wallace and gromit it’s been a long time
Wallace has a thing for feet
Good thinking on giving Lady Tottington a callback 👏
I love how Aardman keeps making these Wallace and Gromit animations ! They're SO good at this ! I'm still waiting for another short !
0:23 New Scream For Wallace
Wallace & Gromit is so funny and great to watch,it's one of the best shows ever :)
Keep up the good work,lads!
0:23 That sounds like a rooster.
LOL
MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTT!
Ben is doing a great job with Wallace’s voice 👍🏻
I keep seeing this on TV, and I always stop what I'm doing to watch it. I haven't seen these characters in years and it gives me so much childhood nostalgia seeing them again. I love Wallace and Gromit!
Just saw on TV. I thought Wallace was gunna say ‘hold on a moment you lazy s***’ at first lol had me in stitches watching it again.
Probably the BEST advertisement a company could ever imagine, well done!
Another great addition to the 30th Anniversary celebration, even a cracking sequel to the PG Tips advert in 2005 when we saw Wallace last impress Lady Tottington with an invention.
I wonder where fluffles is.
I guess she's retired away from Piella Bakewell
Maybe she moved out
@@mrcritical6751 Well she has to stay with Wallace and Gromit. Maybe Totington can still adopt her in the next movie.
Plus Gromit loves her.
Maybe she was killed by obese Piella Bakewell
piella is dead
Theme from The Wrong Trousers playing in the background at 0:25 :)
But it’s literally hard to recognize that theme nowadays. :(
I LOVE Wallace and Gromit!!!! I wish they would make more movies
I absolutely adore the new actor. Absolutely nailing the voice.
That was a Good Recasting Choice for Wallace...Great Job!
So cute I didn't even know it was an advert...and Helena Bonham's voice❤❤❤❤
I want watch more Wallace and Gromit episodes!
Gromit's voice performance is impeccable.
It went with clay animation instead of either live action or CGI. Great humor and the actor for Wallice sounds almost exactly like him. Unlike most commercials, this actually feels like the source material it came from and I love it
Great to see Lady Tottington with the voice of Helena Bonham Carter again
So, who voiced Wallace? Peter Sallis died two years ago, so unless they recorded it before that, they have a new actor playing him.
Seems disrespectful to get a new voice actor just so they can sell out
@@LL-yn1zz Wallace and Gromit has done these type of ads so many times before, it aint that farfetched of them to do a British sofa ad
Plus the new voice actor (Ben Whitehead) has done Wallace from the old TellTale game, and compared to his performance now is fantastic. It isnt a random guy they pulled in like how other replacements would be like
Logan L I’m sure Peter Sallis was aware that Wallace got a new voice actor since Ben has been playing Wallace since 2009
JimmyMac 471 Ben Whitehead has played Wallace since 2009.
Ben Whitehead
The next episode:
Wallace and Gromit, (and lady Toshington) : The Grand Dfs sale
It's Tottington🤣
Good to see that Wallace truly found her lady in the end after all
"How......YuMmY!!!"
*Wallace Confirmed To Have A Foot Fetish*
I know how to make a sofAAAAA🤣
Love Wallace and Gromit! Top class!
0:25 IS THAT CGI?
SOUND THE ALARM
Is this short new? Who’s voicing Wallace here?
Ben whitehead
Me.
Ben Whitehead - he’s voiced him since 2009.
hoping for further full length features with Wallace and Gromit. The world needs them!
0:23
Wallace voice cracks 😂
JammyProductions LOL
wallace likes feet

WALLACE AND GROMIT LIVES OOOONNNN!
The new Wallace voice is actually pretty good. Well done!
It's going to take me a while to get use to the new voice actor for Wallace
Ben Whitehead has voiced Wallace for everything since 2009 when Peter Sallis retired after a matter of loaf and death
I just noticed Wallace has much in common with colin furze.
Congratulations for getting 100k subscribers. I wish Peter Sallis would be here to see it. I be been a fan of Wallace and Gromit for a decade now.
Cómo quisiera que volvieran hacer otra película de Wallace y Gromit con ella 😃
Wow, the new guy who voices Wallace is surprisingly spot on.
Siempre me he identificado con Gromit, es refinado, repara e inventa soluciones a la cotidianidad, y toma decisión, ahora también le gusta el trabajo bien hecho, y hecho a mano !!!
Already a classic!
I do love the way they choose to approach bringing back W&G; not constantly but every now and again, which is fine enough for me personally. After all the longer the absence makes it all the more rewarding when they do appear. P. S. The new voice of Wallace works just as well; faithful essentially to the late Sellers. Samuel F.
This just gets me all giddy
We need another film
don't count your chickens just yet. They are working on Chicken run 2. Might be next.
Danny kerner I know but it dose not compare to the insanity and immortality of the genius Wallace and gromit 🧀🧀
@@DankerTVTimeCapsule I hope they will be having a next movie.
And the new Wallace voice autor sound likes Peter Sallis
I've never thought that the most recent thing i would ever saw about Wallace and Gromit would be a Sofa commercial
I haven't seen them in 30 years☺☺☺☺☺☺🍪🧀🔪🍽🍵
Quilty ad for quilty sofas. I'd want one but I'm in the US
DFS do ship to other countries but it might be expensive
there will always be an audience
for Aardman work
Nice, these two are the best.
would love another wallace and gromit film 🥺
They’re working on one.
Go back and listen to Ben Whitehead’s performance as Wallace in the Grand Adventures game. Massive difference compared to now, can barely tell the difference between him and Peter Sallis 👍
What a great commercial!!!
Welcome back Lady Tottington, wonder what happened to Victor? He die after he was chased away
Unknown.
I would love another Big Budget Wallace and Gromit movie
This ad makes me sob every time
Wonderful.
brilliant!
R.i.p Peter sallis.
Wow, I loved this.
I just watched curse of were rabbit this morning

*Bobby.Exe Has Stopped Working*
*Try Again*

I would love to see Wallace and Gromit back
I loves this favourite is Wallace ad Gromit, absolutely funny isn't! 😃👍
There back!!!,
Lovely! 💖
*how YUMMY*
Wow this replacement Wallace VA is impressive.
2019 Aardman Productions/DreamWorks Animation
This was on my TV
I hope they do three more, featuring each Wendolene, Feathers and Fluffles!
Despite things not working out im happy Wallace and Tottington are still friends
I like that show is powerful!
This is how commercials should be
