(she hadn't bothered with a towel.) There was a strange man inside the front door, backed up against the wall, while Cyrus barked at him like crazy, and a naked woman was yelling down from the 2nd floor......(Cyrus didn't bite the guy though) The dog got a hero cookie from F much later, after his client had left....

Being in shock can be quite serious, even fatal in some cases (usually when a person is injured as well). However, I don't think she's telling the full truth. And she probably would have been better off saying "traumatized." Probably still wouldn't have won, but it would have sounded more legit. And I am sure it's quite traumatic seeing a loved one mauled. As an insurance asjuster there is something called a bystander claim. Think as though you were riding behind your kid who was in another vehicle in front of you and someone hits them head-on and they die. You as a parent can file a bystander claim for having to witness it. It has to be someone who knows them and is related in someway. It can't be a stranger walking down the street. It has to be aevere emotional distress. It can be done. I've paid for a mother who ran after her daughter after she stole the car out of the driveway and she lost control and hit a tree right in front of her and died.
If people want to pay for someone to do taxes THEN they pay whatever is requested for the services AND if everyone could do their own taxes, there would be no need for people like the defendant to minimizing what he does is madness.

They have to do a DNA test on the dog now and they’re coming out with the results that it’s not pitbull.
