- Ark Survival Evolved: How To Build Syntac's Garden. This video is a step by step tutorial video showing you how to build this large garden for Ark Survival Evolved! This build was something that Syntac did recently in his let's play series. I really liked his idea so I figured I would rebuild it, add some of my touches, and make a tutorial for all of you to build it as well. This building tutorial includes voiced instructions so you can follow along easily! With each step I explain to you exactly what I am doing so you can not only get this built but also take a few tricks back to your own builds! I'm not always good with fence foundations, so a trick I learned was using pillar debris from a cheap destroyed pillar I was able to place in the center using the thatch foundations as a guide, and then eyeball the first point where the pillar once stood and now demolished debris stood as my marker. I was able to get it pretty freaking perfectly in the center that way ^.^

Aye that is a pretty awesome way to go about it lol.. I've thought about doing more builds from people like Syntac or other let's play channels but I wouldn't feel right doing it without their permission moving forward and the chances of them responding to a small channel like myself is rather slim lol.
You can make the outer ring without foundation by using fence support instead. You'll have to add some pillars in the middle to support the greenhouse walls but it work ^^
I used foundations so that you can make use of the outer ring as well.. but I did actually make a draft version doing what you explained.
Well. Its a old video but still buildable.
Did it just recently and i have a tip for everyone: dont do the part with the thatchfoundations and the wooden fencefoundations. U can simply add a thatchfoundation to the third inner ring and build the middlepart out of this. I just saw it in the video and thought this is fitting but before saying stupid stuff i testet it. Well. GL HF

I've had people request I do a few of his others but honestly I don't think I will do another one without his direct permission.
Love the Style and Idea. but My OCD in building went nuts when you "Eyeballed the Center" you had to fill in parts of the middle with rings. why not jsut use wood triangles with the thatch foundations to get the Rings and center Aligned with the outer ring? But like I said. that is my OCD with ARK building.
When I built this i found it easier building the middle first and use a thatch foundation on the square foundations to build out to second area and so on by the way this is a big build and a massive amount of resource grinding if you build it out of creative mode. Love your version better though as it looks better and works on official
That is a good point! Thank you lol I know it is a huge task on normal settings to gather all the stuff but I loved the look of the garden and wanted to try to create something like it!

I'ld love to add this build to my base but I'm worried about laying the irrigation pipes any chance of a video showing how you/Syntac (love his channel BTW) laid the pipes
I don't actually have the build anymore as I destroy builds after I post the videos. Otherwise my server would be full by now lol.. But for laying the pipes you would basically just run them on the ground and then bring up water taps near any plants. Make good use of the flexible pipes to keep things tight to the ground and mostly hidden.

Which map? You put a coordinate with no map. Also thank you for doing this, can you recreate his rex pen? Or maybe have one of your own? As a build video that is...or an Adobe base on scorched earth.

@@CHipZz yuppers! I didn't watch syntak because I play mostly vanilla and would like to have build ideas, so videos that skip large portions of builds just turn me off.
I saw your jeroba and the rex pen videos, however I wanted to ask if you can make the rex pen....essentially a good breeding pen for more than 4 rexes, and the Adobe house. For a very nice and roomy base, that can hold every crafting benches basically.
Yeah I can understand that. That is exactly why I made this video, to give people a how to build of one of his builds that I really liked. Yeah a larger breeding pen/hatchery is something I am actively working on. And I love desert style houses so I can work on one of those as well.

I just finished a good portion of this. Eyeballing the middle is just stupid. If you just extend a foundation from the smaller inner rings, you hit the middle perfectly. Its hard to find a big flat space though...
Btw I didnt make the outer Ring with normal roofs but with greenhouse roofs to use for my cashew trees. I need a lot of those for milk. Also, 2 of the 6 wedges go to wheat because you just need so many for the recipes and they grow really slow. I changed the adobe to stone bc clay in prim+ is a pain. I only get small amounts of claystone and you need crazy many for even a single foundation.
