I think the only set that Lego could realistically release is if they did a blister pack with Andrew, Toby and Tom. But they probably won't as both Toby and Andrew minifigures cost a couple quid more than I would spend.

the old ironman helmet design i agree was cooler but its alot more bulky and large, the new ones couldve had a bit more thought done to it but the new helmet actually suits the nano tech armor perfectly

Doctor strange is one of my favorite marvel characters, if Marvel had included more minifigures I'd actually buy it... Lego thinks they are sparing by not making that much minifigures but people like could have bought it but won't

That's really my only issue with the sanctum, I love the build, but the biggest disappointment with it is the minifigures, or lack there of
You can also get custom marvel figs by designing them in the minifigure factory
