Yet again, very informative and entertaining. The new Cadence kit looks very appealing indeed...real top draw equipment....I always enjoy seeing these videos...the best around

      They're probably brain dead carpers or just people who don't have Cadence rods and are just envious. Either way the rest of us love Cadence tackle and the video's that you produce. Tight lines

      Ok. 1. Water in the river should flow from left to right. 2. It would be much better movie if the tree on the other side of river was pine or locust. 3. Next time catch shark. Barbels are so boring.

    A great session James with extra tips from Chappie, had a short session the other day on my local Yorkshire Derwent, 6oz of flat lead and i was still been dragged down stream, in the end went home for a cuppa, still good to be out on the bank.

    That happened to me once on the Wye. Rod went in and i had to jump in wearing waders (it was slack water). Had no spare clothes so fished for two hours just wearing a t shirt (nothing else) until everything dried. baliff came by as i was playing a fish just in t shirt. the humiliation. won't do that again...

    Brilliant video as usual James and Ian. I've tried the banana trick on several occasions without success. Was wondering what brand of banana you use, or do you use different brands on different venues ? Mind you I've always had luck with the flask method meself . I'm yet to try the sausage roll, or the Yorkie method, but seeing that chappie has forced you to out these other secret methods I am confident they will work brilliantly. Keep up the good work guys.

    What feeder are those ? Which feeder rod would you use on the Swale a no2 or 3, knowing you have fished with Paul.Did you give up with that last fish because Monty appeared to be having a good feed in your bait boxes and left you nothing for hook bait.

    • @CadenceFishingUK
      @CadenceFishingUK  6 років тому

      Hi Neil, I bought the feeders from a shop in Holland some time ago. Preston Matrix and Nufish do good cage feeders in heavier weights. My recommendation for the Swale would be the 13ft #3. Cheers James

    Nice clip but why promote woodys angling, horrible bloke I went down on my birthday drove 2 hours to ask him for a day ticket and for some knowledge as I was instructed to do so and he just sat there reading a paper before looking down on me though his glasses and simply saying, " if you ain't buying I ain't talking".... I told him I was buying, buying a ticket and he just told me he makes zero money from that.... So I had to buy pellet which I didn't need just for the bloke to tell me which direction to even drive in to find river...... Terrible experience completely let down by woodys angling, never ever again
