Just a point he was never part of Seventeen- that bar was saying how someone thought he looked like a member of Seventeen because of how young he looks. You'll probably never find Idol Groups on Dingo or having a Killing Verse. Just a bit of context there's a very very clear divide in Korea between 'Idols' and 'K-Hip Hop artists' where K-Hip Hop artists look at 'Idols' as not real artists and as sellouts.

He stayed true to his musical roots, but never got recognition for it. He almost retired a couple years ago with "im gone" but came back to prove a point. His last song, after he finally started to gain some recognition, he decided to do a trendier singing rap song with "that ain't real", basically saying "is this how you do this? I can do this too" and went on popular competition Show Me The Money - again, noting that he only decided to do money making shit AFTER he gained recognition for his rap and music alone.
As a Korean, I can tell you that he is one of the top 10 rappers in Korea. Check out top tier rappers you'd like such as Beenzino, Jay Park, Changmo, Bewhy, C-jamm, and so on. There are lots of good rappers.

Killing verse is a segment on Dingo’s channel that features Korean Hiphop artists and some rnb artists. Dingo does a lot with Khiphop artists so you won’t really see kpop artists/groups on killing verse. That being said I’d recommend ZICO and Ash Islands killing verses. There are tons more by many many other artists but I’m not sure if they have English subs but I know these two have subs for a fact. Plus they are my favourites 😄
