CNBC and Huawei logo's are too close.
Haha - we had it first!
once they were lover, that's why.
CNBC International ,you must have some ties with those commies, haven't you? Tell me the truth ;)
stop it felix.
B Jiang : where u get that from? Don't tell me English monarchy created church of England, in order for their sin can be overlooked among some monarchy members, now have they rewritten the old n new testimony too? I thought all bible was inspired by God, not invented by human!
almost all big Chinese corporate are like this.. that is why China is now one of the super power
Mmm No it is not a super power
Jonathan Hartono no definitely china is not a super power
Hahaha you are sooo wrong, most of chines companies are sweatshop where people get paid next to nothing, and employ children to make iPhones for example.
David Hernandez
You are STUPID. Definition of Stupid: Know the truth, Seen the truth, but still believe in lies. That means YOU.
Jonathan Hartono big company yes . But some small companies still not so good
the infrastructure is no kidding. no wonder US is losing.
michael douglas wow... salty American! That's a little racist...
@@ohio and now all american producta are made in china lol
@@stevenmchao3232 It's not racist, I'm from Hong Kong and I agree with him.
Losing? The U.S. has already lost.
Kris B that's bullshit look how many of the so called US innovation r actually created by the Chinese and other Asian intellectuals. pls stop bragging. Eventually China shall be as powerful and surpass the US WE SHALL SEE
I have to say, Huawei products are actually quite nice
Ive ordered a Xiaomi Pocophone, coming in 3 to 4 weeks
@@_Wai_Wai_
Poco phone is not a Huawei product
now you are saying the truth
true
Yeah bro
This is something else. China is much ahead of even the most developed countries.
On the surface yes, and only a handful of city is developed as “model city”. But when you look deeper into vast majority of Chinese cities you will be suprise by how shitty it actually is.
@@luminouswaves2640 same in America, you’ll be surprised by how shitty cracked head tents that’s almost everywhere
Like they say in the HBO's Sillicon Valley: this is the new China
Like Shenzen and its Open Hardware ideas.
I eat the fish.
Love huawei phone... Good experience Always with their product
That's amazing. Other countries are far behind.
When you can't compete, kidnap huawei boss's daughter, the American way. Shame on you!
She's wouldn't be arrested if she didn't do deals with Iran. As agreed upon. Its simple. She's and Huawei have themselves to blame
@@deathman020 What about all the western brands that did so as well?
@@deathman020 The so-called "crime" was "committed" offshore. And the Iran sanction imposed by the US is deemed illegal by the WTO and the UN.
Moreover, no country has any right to arrest anyone for crimes committed in another country. Otherwise, China can arrest almost all US/CA citizens for smoking weed back at home, as it is a crime to smoke weed in China.
Yerris yeah they have no right to do what they did. In fact, they are not policeman in worldwide.
@@deathman020 YAP, you are right! US can sell weapons to other countries for killing. but Huawei can't sell mobile phones for connecting. What a great world! Happy New Year!
Huawei you have conquered 250 million Pakistanis, Lots of love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Ali Ahmed you sell your land to 🇨🇳
巴铁,你好。。
Pakistani brother, thank you
Pakistan the best

i wish they spoke english.. i would have worked there.. i cant even read the signs there. the campus is beautiful
Don't wish that. If they spoke English you might not want to work there anymore it would be just like any other companies around. We need the difference.

That's crazy!!!! I would so go visit this place or play a gig! On the list right after Samsung City!
You mean Samsung Digital city?
Yeah in Korea!
Me too!
Oh god huawei is so big that I thought and amazing
Huawei revenue in 2017 is $20 billion larger than Sony or Panasonic.
Sony is declining...they should invest on semiconductor rather than old junks
Sony is dying fast only thing keeping them alive is semi conductors and the Playstation brand what other thing are they being succesfull at ???
wow wonderful 5G networks very good and many more thanks
Now the Huawei is the 2nd largest phone manufacturer in the world
“This is the new China”
“There is no New Bangladesh, just Bangladesh”
China and Bangladesh are growing together😘
RESPECTS FROM CHINA
Makes me want to buy a hauwai now
I'd like to be an employee of Huawei. They offer pretty much everything to make their personnel enjoy a really good life.
*this is so awesome . please make more videos like this of other companies cnbc*
Brah, how to apply for Huawei?
Chris Willis 1st graduate from high level uni, 2nd pass some sort of exam(fucking hard)
They literally collects talents all over the world. If you have some sort of specialties, you're in. But it's a super competitive company, every employee is a shareholder, everybody is trying to climb to the top, make sure you are a wolf before you apply for the job.
The end of time well currently I'm in Princeton. I don't think Huawei comes here for placement. Only American companies. Last year I did an internship in soft bank, in Tokyo and it was freaking AWESOME!! Asian companies are way better than ours.
Chris Willis which branch dude?? I'm in automobile.
They do hire graduates from US institutions. I had contacts with their recruiters a couple times in the past. I am Chinese BTW.. They don't attend career fairs usually, but host their own events in cities with large or top schools.
Their pay isn't great comparing to other Chinese giants like Alibaba or Tencent and they are also notorious for ridiculous long working hours. Many employees are on 9-9-6 schedule. 9 AM to 9 PM for six days a week. That's part of the reason why they need a nap after lunch. You don't always have that shit load of work to do. It's just no one dare to leave before their director/manager leave. You will be given special attentions if you don't work that many hours and will not receive the full annually bonus (usually 30% to 100% of your annual salary).
Again, it's not a bad place to work if you have the passion, but the compensations and benefits are not comparable to Silicon Valley companies.
Huawei is great
Huawei is great, and has grown, matured and fast becoming kind of 'A Must Watch' for global spying Anglo group of 'Five Eyes', namely U.S.A, Canada, Britain, Australia & New Zealand, which have been keeping the world under their spying, listening and watching, through vast extensive telecommunication networks. It's no wonder they feel threaten by it. Moreover, this same old lame old bands of Anglo brothers were major practitioners and benefactors of notorious global cardinal sins of the past & present, like Slavery, Colonialism, and Colonization of the world from ginormous resourceful North America continent, the land rightfully belongs to indigenous Natives American people to vast bountiful Continent of Australia/New Zealand in Asia-Pacific, the land rightfully belongs to people of Asia- Pacific. In short, they need to protect their LOOT. That is what is all about! bbs.chinadaily.com.cn/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=724132
watching this in huawei p10 lite
Watching it in my Huawei y7 prime
me on my newly bought honor 10 lite😜, budget phone and cooler than i tought, soooo awsome.....am in love with this phone
3:00 "sometimes youll find things on this campus that seems a bit random," ye you the brown guy
I think Trump just gave Huawei free publicity worldwide worth billions! Now the whole world has heard of Huawei!😂
Anybody notice how similar the Huawei and CNBC logos are?
Huawei had the peacock for dinner. Recently they had Apple for dessert. They're going to play the Same Song as Samsung when they become number one seller. Intel tells me Intel and Qualcomm will be shiting in their pants due to Mr T's ban and sanction.
I have been using same Huawei p9 lite phone for over 3 years.
It's still ok.
That nap time is the best thing ever... I always take a nap hiddenly haha. It really helps me get better and reduce stress. It should become a global thing.
Watching on my p20 pro.. 👌
Wow, the US government is talking shit to keep people from buying this mega brand (yes I call it mega because Huawei is a power brand when it comes to mobile phone here in Asia)
We might not be smart enough to make a good phone, but at least we know which is nicer to use. Lol.
that's what paradise looks like 😍
lol. Samsung is so generous that they provide free foods at their campus. Watch the other video about samsung's campus
You forgot to show us the hacking dept
True story here in China. I use my iPhone max to shoot video in class , and I was laughed at by my students for the poor picture quality it offers. Students alk use HUAWEI P30 for better and speedy function.
Watching on Huawei P10!
It always gets me that the English speakers are unable to say “Huawei” properly. It’s not Wha we. You need to actually pronounce the sound of “H” out. It sounds like “H” in “he” .
English speakers dont pronounce H in a word such as Honest , pronounced as O-nest. Huawei will have to be who-wa-way
Yeah. I mean white politicians can’t even do there homework & say Huawei’s name right, but they are so sure that the company is evil. Hilarious & pathetic at the same time.
My sister and brother-in-law have been working at Huawei for more than 15 years.
They work very hard, 24 hours a day, just a phone call to go to the company.
I don't believe in you, no one survive in 24hours work unless once in a while only... Can you imagine working in a week without sleep,,
Now the Huawei has moved to Dongguang.
也太夢幻!
I wonder if they allow visitors interested to see the facilities…
This is like its own city. No wonder why the USA isn’t winning much
Pls make an update version of this video
Why showing the picture of Liaoning when narrating abou the new home made Air Craft Carrier.

Thank you for the video but mate you need to use a better camera with better image stabilization !!!!
How to get in there 😂.
Singapore concept of a satellite town in a smaller scale
Insane
Where's the robots
lol!!! Those 155 dislikes form Apple employees
Why would apple employees dislike when they get a better campous than Huawei
CNBC's logo is similar to HUAWEI! What a cool coincidence.
Why the camera so shaky? Clearly not using Huawei or iPhone lol
When I look at Huawei I am reminded about Worldcom, the U.S. telecommunication giant. Worldcom filed for bankruptcy in 2002!
Could you push your government to order Canada to release the hostage? please!!!
Samsung HQ is better.
The real question is... Is there free Wi-Fi?
Reiji 2014 poor guy live in a ignorant world
In China unlimited LTE (full speed until you reach 40GB) costs 15$ a month, or you can get 1GB each day for a little bit more than 5.5$ a month, national wide outgoing calls cost 1.6 cents per minute, no contract required. SMS is also 1.6 cents each but not many people use it in China these days.
it's everywhere
Taichi Winchester in india u wud get 2gb / day 4g connection for 5 dollars too.
Lmao, Singapore is cheaper compared to that, 8 SGD (Which is 6USD) for infinte mobile data a day. So 186 dollars a month
What is bigger the Samsung Campus or the Huawei Campus?
I want to work at Huawei after looking at this!!
Another boring slave camp, nothing new there.战忽局同志注意安全,不要误伤。
张纲 yes,other fake propaganda.
兄dei!你哪个区的,没见过啊

张纲 of course Commies protect their own markets and industry. While they steal foreign technology
I cant stop looking at your eyebrows.. its like rainbow.. so unique
Wow thats insane
Because the Long working hour system(996), napping is essential to prevent sudden death and keep you awake for 12 work hours per day.
2:20 I think those 2 girls have iPhones at the huawei HQ 😂
A great lesson to the rest of the world.
Imagine what it must be like to work with 30,000 geniuses on the same site.
2:19 lol she has apple device..

great visit thanks for the video
this is so much better than the VICE video.
At samsung all foods are FREE
Dame id love to work there lol.
Impressive campus!
Would you please talk about the payment system; exactly how it works?
Please 🤔
They are Alipay or WeChat Pay. Google it.
"Afternoon nap" ... America are you listening???
Say hi to homer simpson with that hamac in the nuclear power plant.
This is a very big place
Campus so big it's got it's own 7-11 stores. Unbelievable.
However, the mobile phone sector is not the main business, and his competitors are Ericsson and so on. Only Europe and South Korea have his opponents.
4:20 He tried to close van door himself BUT that was automatic door..lol
after reading the comments i cant help but wonder where all the hate come from?
Root cause: Western Propaganda against China
The luckiest person alive.
Amazing!
Thank YOU Uptin Saiidi for an upbeat reporting on Huawei. Sadly, three years and US sanctions later (video posted in 2018), Huawei doesn't occupy third place any longer. It is not fair how it's been treated and how it's been tripped off the race. I pray that Huawei would come out of this dark period stronger, that it will rise again.
I wanna join the team
Biggest telecoms equipment maker on Earth.
2:21 is that an iPhone?
Huawei should be available in US
Huawei’s owner said that his employees can use what ever brand of phone, laptop etc they want for both personal use. He believes in the freedom of choice. His youngest daughter is often seen using an iPhone, and a MacBook.
May I know email address of Huawei headquarters in China please?
Huawei Chinese workers:we have luxury standards
Apple Chinese workers:we cannot die, because our boss placed suicide nets on our building and also treated like absolute shit.
I like how Huawei employees are using iPhones instead of Huawei phones
Thought I saw BlackBerry's John Chen in the video
Looks like the Googleplex campus
Is this is not a company that’s a college
Very informative more of a travel experience thanks to the host
Can someone explain the Black Swans metaphor.
( A ‘Black Swan Event’ is a negative in Financial markets. It means an outlying unexpected event like the 2008 financial crash )
Also black swans are native to Western Australia so I’m not sure how the Chinese incorporate this in to any traditional story ?...
Morgan Hayward Black Swan in Chinese mean be different be distinctive
guppymalaysia
Ah ok thanks !
So do they have black swans in China too ?
I always thought they were only endemic to Western Australia.
Morgan Hayward You mean originated from China? I'm not zoologist, not sure. My understanding is black Swan just a mutation of color.
Huawei is far far bigger than i ever imagined
When this guy shows up
It's always lunch time :P
USA won't advice people to buy Huawei product but they will allow people to use Google UA-cam Facebook Instagram
But loved the SAMSUNG campus
Huawei's and CNBC's logos are similar lol
