I expected the brows to be gone, as well, but I still like this video because the girl is so happy with the headshave. She knows she is beautiful, hair or no hair, and the truth is that staying bald is more comfortable than having hair. I've been bald (on and off) since 2014 and I love it. In fact, my main reason for letting my hair grow is allowing myself the pleasure of shaving it off. Otherwise I'd stay bald all the time. I look better with hair than without it, yet being completely bald feels better. I think people hate the idea because they don't know how nice it is.
