For this video: He loved her, but he loved baseball more. He got a letter, presumably a baseball scholarship offer. He decided to leave her to go play baseball. The scene on the field is probably their last night together. Baseball didn't work out the way he'd hoped so he's now back coaching baseball at the high school they went to. He sees her at the game with her child and very polished looking husband, likely indicating that at least financially she's doing better than him, but you can also tell she still loves him. The head shake at the end is kind of a "damn, I messed that up" head shake.
It’s actually the other way round. He could have left town to play baseball but he stayed for her cos she promised she’ll come back to him after moving outta town. Then after all the years she finally comes back keeping her “promise” but now she has a whole new family lol
@@lysiandartie5458 hey that's all up to you. If you feel like it doesn't really work for you then that's alright at least you tried it. Trying new things are good. We're all here to give you guys ideas and that's up to you guys if you wanna make it a one time thing or just run with it for future videos
I wouldn't say that Morgan is necessarily eye candy, but darn can this man sing. There is so much passion in every song he sings and for me, when I am listening, I am able to escape from the real world for a bit. The picture you posted of the two of you at that fancy place was amazing. You are a very good looking couple.
I have never heard that these 3 songs were a trilogy haha. Especially considering they are on different albums. Love the Morgan reactions he is on top of the game right now
The video you watched is actually a shorter version of a short film.. the full version has pauses in the music and has small scenes like a movie, you should checkout the longer version so it makes more sense
Oh by the way One Number Away or Hurricane by Luke Combs are good songs to react. I don't know if you like heard of those two songs by they are really good
You two continue to impress me as an intelligent, thoughtful and interesting couple. If there was an apartment vacant near you, I'd rent it in a heartbeat just to share an occasional beer with you. Please, don't break my heart and tell me you don't like beer. Happy you appreciate Morgan Wallen, because his voice is truly something exceptional.
Chasin' You is the oldest of the three. It was released on his first album; released with the album debut date back in 2018, but it was written way back in 2015; Wallen with one of the label executives who has a songwriting background, Craig Wiseman. In that story, the girl heads to CA but makes it only to Santa Fe; Wallen's character makes it as far as Nashville and becomes a country star ("I'm on your radio"). In More Than... Wallen and HARDY & Ernest are all co-writers; it's on the Dangerous album; released ahead of the album (first single that would become part of the album). The girl is going off to probably college and the guy isn't going with her, because he can't love her more than his hometown. In the video, she ends up not leaving, because you can see her hairline in the parked vehicle in the garage and you know it's her car, because it has the same cross necklace dangling from the rear mirror as seen earlier in the video. The song does not tell that story, but the video does. 7 Summers was also off of Dangerous and was also released ahead of the album, but had a much bigger splash. It debuted #6 on the Hot 100 and #1 on Hot C Songs. There have been only 8 debut #1s in history; Wallen has five of them; Combs 1 and Swift 2, however, one of Swift's two was in 2021 on a re record after she had become the world's biggest pop star, so that definitely should be an asterisk. This story, at least by the video has the girl going away, again probably to college, but his character goes and plays college ball on scholarship (the letter), and then he comes back to coach the highschool team that he once played on. There is a short film version of this song that more fully tells the story but pauses the song very often. I don't see these as a trilogy either song wise or video wise, but the best country trilogy videos of all time belong to Travis Tritt; far and away; starting with "Anymore". Oh one more thing...On that topic of 8 debut #1 country charted songs of all time (since 1958) that I personally count as only 7; on Monday, I feel it will be announced that we will get another; Oliver Anthony's "Rich Men North of Richman", which is absolutely unbelievable since no one knew who he was or any of his songs 13 days ago.
So just discovered ur channel and like what i see, got 2 recommendations, 1. Concrete Angel by Martina McBride (sad) 2. Big big plans by Chris Lane (romantic)
I kind of like this guy’s music. It’s got some hints of 90s country and some old-school country with like a pop music twist- kind of like a mixed drink 😁
It’s not a trilogy folks. chasing you was off his first album.. the other 2 songs are from his 2nd album. Chasing you video was made a couple of years before ., Good job overall
Any song Morgan sings is excellent! Loving the reactions
thank you so much !!

Y’all gotta do “Rich Men North of Richmond” by Oliver Anthony!! It’s blowing up right now
You should do Tennessee numbers off the new album, same theme. He’s got a bunch of songs about a girl from his hometown that moved to California.
okay we'll check it out ! thank you for the suggestion :)
Hey Artie, are you still pursuing the 2nd channel you started? If so, If you list it in the channels section of this one it may get more traction.

You guys should try the Travis Tritt trilogy - "Anymore" "Tell Me I Was Dreaming" and "If I Lost You."
This is a real Trilogy. You can just type Travis Tritt Triology and they are all together. Also very meaningful.
You should do All your reasons and Had it off the new album
Is that a plastic Monstera in the left? Just messing, yall are sweet! Keep it going
you should take a pol: living in the city v. living in the country-which is better
Sand in my boots from him!!

Please do a reaction to his songs called Stand Out or Talkin Tennessee. Those two are his most underrated songs in my opinion
Lysi you look a lot like the girl in the video😍😍
