I love gardening very much. So nice upload, great presentation. Thanks for sharing dear. Full played and liked. Have a wonderful day and see you soon again.
I am watching lol, and if we get a warm remainder of August and a very warm September the largest ones MIGHT reach maturity, the ones half an inch or less definitely won't make it, in fact as the smaller ones won't survive winter either, it might be wise to remove them so the plant focuses on the larger ones, more chance of them ripening in time. Actually it's fine to repot figs in summer as the roots are growing actively and the plants will respond faster. I've already repotted some of my smaller plants TWICE since Spring 😂😂
Hi Zena we believe the brown turkey figs will ripen as only early August, and your new fig looks good in its new pot very striking . Keep safe Bill and val
Thank you so much for bringing this lovely news....i really hope they will ripen as figs truly are my number one fruit.... hope we will both eat figs this season 💗💗
I see you’re utilizing your new pot. It looks really cute! So do those little fig sprouts. Thanks for reminding me that I still haven’t dug up the little volunteer fig tree that’s growing in my back bed.
Oh Zena it looks absolutely gorgeous in your bee pot!! 🐝 it’s such a healthy fig, I’m sure it’s going to thrive!! Looking forward to seeing its progress lovely 💜 have a wonderful week!! Xx 🌼🐝🌻💝
Wow healthy and fresh figs on your plant 😍👌even mine plant is also bearing figs on it.That back dark red blooms are rose I guess if I'm not wrong looks absolutely gorgeous 😍👌can't take my eyes off from these stunning beauties 🌸😍you have beautifully repotted that fig plant 😍👌love that pot as well 😍👌thanks for sharing my friend ☺👍
Wondeful vid on repotting figs . U know one thing I have never ever tasted a fig .. your garden is looking very pretty with all the flowers . Masha allah
Well done job on the repotting of the Fig tree and I don't know much about figs so I am not a Fig specialist West London Gardener. Excellent video and keep safe and well.
I have only one established fig tree so I can't advise on their fruiting habits , but I do subscribe to a guy called Ross Raddi who grows a ton of fig trees both in the ground and in containers, and has good advice on pruning roots for container grown figs. I love 😍the new pot btw, the 🐝 symbol is adopted by Manchester.
I watch Ross as well although his growing conditions are more extreme than ours so a lot of his fig advice is not relevant to our climate. He gets much colder winters but also much hotter summers, it's mostly in the 80s and 90s where he lives from May through to September so he gets main crop figs reliably each year.
I wonder if that little fig needs more nitrogen and/or iron, it looks a bit yellowish compared to the brown turkey foliage. Based on past experience you should get ripe brown turkey figs in a couple of months if not sooner, but if you have squirrels around, they'll be after them, I learned that the hard way LOL
Hi Keypha 😀 now you've mentioned the yellowwe colour, i'm really noticing it! If you have any feed recommendation please share! Yes we do have 🐿 lol....i better protect my precious baby figs 😅😅😅😅
Hi Catherine 💗🤍 I've seen loads of fancy recipes with figs(which would love to try)...but i eat them as raw as fruit ...it is my absolute fav fruit..really hoping these will ripen in time 💗💗
Awesome video my new friend, keep supporting us 💕💕

Thank Louise 💗 will check Ross out. Yes....the cuteness of the pot made it irresistable 🤍🤍 that is a good choice of symbol 💜

@@westlondongardener4476 Hi! Fish emulsion or a water soluble tomato fertilizer every fortnight should make it even happier.

I don't have a fig tree yet but Brown Turkey is on my wishlist. Can I ask how do you eat the figs? Do you cook them or eat them raw?

I bought a fig on sale years ago and I have a fig on now! Do you keep it outside all winter?
