Sir i want to ask a question i am confused like if a person opens a private school . First condition he bought land and make buildings first condition is satisfied second that person is a owner of a school third he is doing a business in that building running the school so income he is earning from school is obviously not comes under the head income from house property .the building is not empty ,not given on a rent , he himself not living in that building.you tell that property held for charitable purpose income is exempt .sir yeah to apne bataya hee hai ki income from property held for charitable purpose is not comes under head income from house property but sir waise dekha jaaye toh third last condition in charging section 22 is not satisfied so obviously income from that property is not comes under head income from house property.
