We also have Caf Urbos 3 trams in Belgrade. They're pretty much like Zaragoza ones in terms of design but less wider which is kinda stupid because rush hours will get them overfilled and impossible to ride. One main difference is also cameras are bit laggier and cut directly into inside cameras once drivers unlocks the doors (you mostly open them but some drivers open them all). One last difference is our Urbos is 5-car tram while yours is 9-car and that is HUGE :D

They are on schedule, yes. If they have to go to the toilet, they have to wait until they reach the terminus station. But I once saw a bus driver who got out at a stop, and ran to a nearby gas station. :)
They have places set up at the terminus stations. And they have a few minutes there before they have to make the journey back. Generally a sitting person can easily old it for 30 minutes.
