Lak was bought during Covid-19 by a devil, who threw hot water on Lak head when Lak didn't obey his order. After that he dumped the poor puppy on street, when we arrived, nearly all of Lak's head skin gone. The puppy was just few week-olds & never being trained, how could the devil expect him understand the order? Lak was injured badly both physical and mental health. The baby slept nearly whole day after being rescued...

I think you need to change your title, that's TOTAL CRUELTY and has nothing to do with someone not knowing how to raise a pet. If someone is so stupid they can't feed a puppy then they are incapable of feeding and taking care of themselves.
The result someone not smart enough to have a pet! I hope they don't have and never have children, since they have no concept that babies need to be taught how and when to do things before they can do them!
Very happy this beautiful boy is away from the monster and recovering well and preparing for a new home with an intelligent owner!
