DAC 6 directive

Inspired by Action 12 of the OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Project, DAC6 requires EU Member States to introduce mandatory disclosure rules for cross-border arrangements in an attempt to identify and prevent aggressive tax policies.
